Worst place to get a urine drug screening for new employment. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Call to get change to different company. The lady at front rude as hell and even if you have appt. Makes no difference to her.

Been here twice, Feb 2024 and May 2024. both times easy in easy out . Staff was great, I went 1st thing in the morning. There were about 4 customers. Minimum wait time.

The people that work here are completely rude. I understand... Work sucks.. doesn't mean you can just act like a douche to the people who come in. Dont go to this lab site...

NEVER NEVER NEVER go to this lab. They will place fraudulent charges on your bill and will take them off. You will spend months fighting this and they will not resolve your issue. I was billed for a "venipuncture" and there was no blood ever collected or ORDERED! It is not worth the hassle. I would go wait at any other lab then deal with the company. Awful customer service in the billing department.

Unbelievable! There were 10 people in the waiting room with only 1 worker in the office! I made an appointment online and didn’t get in till 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time!

The sign in kiosk is sooooo NASTY with some sort of residue and I desperately wanted to sanitize or wash my hands but I couldn't do either because NONE of their hand sanitizer or soap dispensers had working batteries not even in the lab draw room! I am so disgusted and in shock! The soap dispenser in the lab draw room was also not functioning and I was only able to rinse. Management, you guys need to seriously look into this location. Im surprised infection control hasnt caught this!! Hand washing (sanitizer usage also) is one of the BASIC things to prevent spread of infection and this place is LACKING!! WOW! Also I had to request a bandaid on the first stick that was missed to not get blood on my sweater and she acted like it was an inconvenience. I hate complaining but it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with.

Extremely rude staff, phlebotomist just acted put out. Someone needs to fire her or at least council her. Terrible, I'm surprised they're still in business.

Worst customer service ever. Brought my grandson in she told me he could not be there. So I put him in the car with my Daughter who was sick. Then I take my test for my doctor and the bottle did not have my name on it. I told her and she replied well there isn't enough in there anyway. And I have taken enough of these to know there was plenty. I called my Doctor right away to tell her I will not be returning to this place ever again!!! No respect for me or m family.

everyone working at this facility is rude and extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else to get your lab work completed.
