I used to love this place & it was the only place I went to get my nails done. But the last couple times I went it wasn't very good. Especially the last time. They rushed me through, my nails had lumps & bubbles in them,she made my cuticles bleed, did not get complete massages. I won't go back.Services: Pedicure

She charge me 80$ for a refil, pack all the stuff on my cuticles! I showed her several different design and she keep saying she can’t do it! She haven’t prepared my nails properly, I get out with dry and crusty nails for $80 I hard pass next time!!!Service: Acrylic nails

If I could give it a lower rating I would! The WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!!! I walked in the man was extremely pushy and rushing us. I told him what I wanted and he did whatever he wanted anyways. 8$ to just use a pair of nail clippers on my sons feet. He was extremely rude the entire time. The place was disgusting too boot, no wonder why there were no other customers!Services: Manicures

I have never had a pedicure in my life that didn't include a massage. The woman there was nice but why was I charged full price if the full service wasn't delivered? I waited for her to finish a client for 35 minutes which I truly don't mind doing and told her to take her time because I was in no rush. However, I felt like SHE rushed by the time she got to me because two other people walked in and she was the only one working...even though her husband ended up showing up to help her out. It's not right to take advantage of someone's kindness and patience just to rush and then charge them for a full pedi service that wasn't performed. The menu said it included a massage...that's my favorite part and she didn't do it at all. When I asked about it while paying out...her husband said they don't do massage there and if I wanted one, I should go pay for a massage. What in the world...I was excited to try this place out but that was my first and only visit. Experience was not worth $55. Two stars for the polish job. Zero for the rest.
