This place is a joke!! If your little one has any social delays this is not the place for them instead of showing grace and compassion they will call you everyday to pick them up so they don’t have to deal with them. Instead of finding ways to comfort them they send them away or dismiss them from the program because they had a bad day and screamed. If a screaming child is too much for you to handle then I feel sorry for those babies. They labeled him as someone who couldn’t do things and instead of encouraging him to try new things they just didn’t even bother with him. My baby is at a new place and is Thriving.

Absolutely horrible experience. This facility doesn't know how to handle bullying and it has left my child in dangerous situations. He was scared to go to daycare. We've since removed him from this daycare and will not be returning nor recommending it to anyone. I am angry and extremely frustrated with the lack of care he recieved in the face of physical violence by children 3 years older than him. Nothing was done. Don't trust these people with your children.

Love the facility and staff! My boys have been attending this center since they were 12 weeks old! The staff genuinely love my boys and worked with them to complete their milestones! The boys LOVED their summer camp for school age this past summer and are already asking to go next year! Lots of activities and not just “babysitting” with a TV!

My daughter is now 7 months old and she absolutely loves it at this daycare. At first we had her at a different daycare when I started working again..it was one we did not care for but didn’t know at first what all they lacked for her growth and development. but being first time parents we did not know exactly what to expect with a daycare. My daughter did not seem very happy with the first daycare. They would put her in a bouncer and only take her out to feed her when she was hungry or needed a diaper change (I know this because they had cameras where you could watch them) She didn’t want to eat there, she would come home with not a clean bottom and there were plenty of other issues with Elite Learning Academy. It worried me on if we would ever find a daycare that would care about my daughter and care for her the way she deserves. Kids kingdom is COMPLETELY opposite of that daycare. They help my baby to grow and her teacher keeps in touch with me very often and gives me all the updates through their app they have so you know how your baby is doing and they send you videos and pictures and there is nothing better than seeing your my baby being so happy with them while I am at work. She started taking longer naps there which tells me she is comfortable there. She plays with the other babies there and she has friends! Oh gosh it is so cute!!! I’m just happy we found this daycare for our daughter because they are the best and I feel confident and comfortable with my daughter in their care. They always answer any questions, comments, or any concerns that I may have. I usually call them quite frequently just cause I’m that mom and just want to hear my baby is doing well :) but they are always on top of things and I just couldn’t have asked for a better daycare to care for our baby girl. If you are looking for a great daycare that also during this time in the world they are very amazing with payment options as well so you can afford care for your child within reason. You should enroll your baby or child here. They will get the care they deserve and you as a momma can have peace of mind Knowing your babies are in good hands. Thank you Dana for being such a great leader and thank you to all of my daughters teachers. We appreciate you all greatly.

Upon reading all of the reviews and personally visiting the facility with my child and my mother this is my take on what I observed. I am a very protective single mother of a one year old little girl. As we were greeted by Dana she was very pleasant and willing to answer the book of questions I had Prepared. I asked about turnover, teacher/child ratio, disciplinary actions, curriculum, implementing God into daily routines, sterilization process of rooms, toys etc. ( that was my only concern being that I prefer Non toxic natural cleaning products. And they use an appropriately mixture of bleach and water) I understand and that’s not a deal breaker. I asked About security due to my strict list of who can take my daughter. I informed Dana that my daughter has the tendency to be a biter and she was receptive to my educating her on the cues my daughter will give when she is about to use her teeth. (For other parents of biters I have researched and found that if they are not talking yet , which mine is not. That they tend to “bite” as a form of communication and once they start to talk the biting should subside) . I would like to see a more secure system being implemented in regards to drop off and picking up of the child. Right now they sign in and sign out. At one point one of the sweet workers there said she pretty much knows faces and is alerted when someone not familiar is in the building. I would Like for them to maybe have copies of all the approved parents/guardians on file. And for a form of ID to be presented in order to retrieve a child. (Just an idea). The facility itself didn’t have the typical dirty daycare smell when u walk in which was nice. Yes the floors, walls and cots used for napping looked worn and dirty but they were not. It is an old building so that needs to be taken into concideration. They gave us a tour, and asked to play with my daughter. My daughter also has the tendency to turn in her ankles when she’s trying to walk. Ah has special shoes to help correct and Dana also informed me that they have someone that comes in weekly and works with the children that are in need of specific therapies like speech, and walking. So that’s a big plus! All the girls I met were extremely nice and not irritated by my interigations. They were actually pleased to have such an inquisitive parent. As we were leaving I straight up Asked who their top competitor was. Dana freely gave me her response and was not offfened. I refuse to put my child in a corporate daycare and the vast majority of them in Lubbock are just that. I am Visiting one other facility today, but overall wanted to share my interview process on here for future seekers. The safety and care of our littles is our main concern. All childcare facilities will have faults. They have hard jobs, I’ve done it myself. So keep that in mind when shopping around. I was Impressed with Kids Kingdom and it is the one to beat right now.I also Like how the owner responds to all reviews. Good or bad. That shows that they are always looking for ways to improve. My star rating will increase if my daughter starts here when I leave Another review.

We feel so blessed to have enrolled our two boys in Kid’s Kingdom. The staff and teachers are encouraging and engaging and most are even mothers themselves. Our boys have gone through this program and have grown and blossomed because of it. Our oldest gets excited whenever we mention “reading”. We feel that he has benefited tremendously in having Mrs. Kalie. She has gone above and beyond to insure his social and intellectual development, all while being certified as a “Texas School Ready”. (Texas School Ready (TSR) is a comprehensive preschool teacher training program that combines a research-based, state-adopted curriculum with ongoing professional development and progress monitoring tools to help children be more prepared for kindergarten and beyond.) We are thankful for Kid’s Kingdom’s time and dedication invested in our sons. They love their teachers and really look forward to seeing their friends each week. It is so wonderful to have such a great program, in a Christian environment, where they can learn and grow more in their faith. Kid’s Kingdom began with a vision of “families first” attitude. And throughout the years the staff and teachers caring interactions, have made us feel as though we are a part of their family. They understand that working parents have high demands of balancing a career and giving your best to your family. I highly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a safe, warm, Christian environment, check out Kid’s Kingdom! God Bless <><

I really enjoy working here and loving on the babies. The staff is really relatable. I also have 2 kids enrolled and everyone is more than willing to care for them including my daughter who can be quite the handful at times. They love all they learn and do. I love hearing about their days and all the songs they learn.

We are so glad we were told about this daycare. Everyone has taken care of our child so well and she is learning a lot at such an early age. They have always been quick to fix any problems we've had. Every employee there knows her name and genuinely act like they love her as their own. I am looking forward to bringing my next child through here.

I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone. My child is almost 2 years old and is a biter. I admit he is at fault, but he is also being bitten daily. Documentation is one sided depending on the family. I hardly receive reports of him being injured and no one knows what happened since they were not the ones who cared for him during the time of the incident. Dana doesn't have concrete answers or solutions to what is happening in her facility. On one hand I have a hard time writing this due to the few teacher who are always trying for me and my child, but other parents need to know. Yes you will get some good teachers, but they are only there half of your child's day. The other half I am not sure what happens, but my child has the bite marks and scratch to show that he is not be taken care of. I'm not sure if ratios are not being met or the teachers just don't care at this point. I called to try and come up with a solution with Dana, but she just made excuses for why my child is biting and being bit daily and could only suggest a staff reminder about incident reports being sent home. Which I admit will help, but it doesn't solve the main issue. I don't feel as though Dana is trying to solve the issue of having multiple biters in a room. Also families are given a discount to give them 5 star reviews.

My daughter's now 11 and 9 went here and my son now 4 has been going since he was born. The staff are very cheerful and care about each and every child there. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new place to send your little ones!

The staff at Kid's Kingdom is great. They really love the kids and make an effort to teach them rather than just keep them. They're available from 7am-6pm which is nice for working parents. They do a lot of activities for the kids that make it fun and our son, Brody, is always smiling when we pick him up. I recommend this daycare.

We are so blessed we found Kids Kingdom. Our son has been attending this school since he was an infant. We love every teacher Jaxton has had and all the staff. It is such a warm, loving environment. Our son has several food allergies, and his teacher has been so great about including and incorporating foods he can eat into parties/events. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kids Kingdom. I highly recommend them!

When we found Kid’s Kingdom almost 5 years ago we were looking for a place that encouraged learning and development, kindness, and safety. Kids Kingdom is all this and more. I have had 2 children here and could not imagine a better place. The ratios allow my children to get close interaction with all the teachers and staff. Your software allows for videos/pictures to be shared while we are working which are so appreciated! When we come and go we are always greeted with smiles! I know the staff love our children as much as we do, which makes it easier knowing they are in good hands! Our youngest takes 30 minutes to leave every day because she wants to tell everyone goodbye and becomes sad on weekends when it is not a “school day”. Thank you for loving our children and being a wonderful, safe place!

We have been using Kids Kingdom for 5 years and love it. Our school aged kids were more than ready and confident heading to kindergarten thanks to the teachers there. The entire staff is great and I would recommend them to anyone needing childcare.
