They do great work here at a great price. I've had two ring appraisals done here and they resized my engagement ring. Good customer service. Will definitely continue to use them.

I dropped by to have a watch battery replaced. The replacement took maybe 15 minutes and during that time I had the opportunity to observe the level of service being offered to each person who came in. I was VERY impressed with the level of professional service and my watch was working again at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. I'll will be returning every time I need help with jewelry or my watches.

Had a great experience at J. Keith’s recently. Alan helped us from the beginning and was a complete professional. We had him take out diamonds in an older ring that was handed down to me to make our bands. He helped build exactly what my fiancé wanted. He rushed the process for us so that we could have the ring back within plenty of time before the wedding and I cannot recommend using them as your preferred jeweler. Thank you!

Highly recommend! I just stepped in to have my watch battery changed - a watch that was not purchased at their store. The friendly staff person asked if I could leave it, which really wasn't an option for me since I don't live in Lubbock and wouldn't be returning for another week. After hearing this, they agreed to fit it in and fix it while I waited. I greatly appreciated this kindness-especially since Christmas is two weeks away and they are obviously super busy! I didn't have to wait long. Great customer service!

This place is great! They made a 60 year old class ring look brand new. At first they were unsure if they would be able to take on my project but they found a way and made it look better than I imagined. 10/10 service and quality.

I went to every jeweler in town trying to find someone who could help me create a unique style engagement ring. I did not feel comfortable with anyone in town until I met Austin at j Keith. He was knowledgeable and more interested in getting me exactly what I wanted instead of trying to take an easier route or upscale me on a different item. The ring turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped and the customer service from start to finish was second to none. Thank you Austin and J Keith!

I looked up who the best jeweler in Lubbock was- and I was directed to J Keith’s based on reviews. I was not disappointed. I had lost a diamond tennis bracelet while traveling and wanted to replace it. J Keith introduced himself to me and worked with me to show me a beautiful bracelet within my insurance co’s price range. He was very warm, honest, and helpful. Maddie was also wonderful to work with- patient, not pushy, and kind. This is the place to go in Lubbock for jewelry.
