“Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.”

There was no pressure, in fact, I feel like they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. This is why I'm with Verizon.I got an experience, not just a service.
