The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful and informative about the products they were selling! Definitely ask for Austin, he was both professional and down to earth and understanding in the products I wanted to buy.

Brandon was amazing! I received impeccible services and was extremely thorough with my needs and Jorge was a great help as well! Definitely will reccomend anyone with service needs or new lines here. Thank y'all so much for making a new customer feel as if hes been with the company for years!Update. Went and got a new phone, watch and accessories with no hassle, less wait time than most places I have been too, great product knowledge and all around amazing customer service.

I went to the location in Lubbock Texas on Milwaukee made an appointment for you Sunday nothing on your website said that they were going to be closed and for how long did not give that store very good rating went to your other location in the mall and had excellent people helping me out got me everything I need I will not be going to the back to the Milwaukee location anymore

My experience with Ismael Was AMAZING, they made getting Service with Verizon so easy, and the prices are extremely affordable. If your looking for great customer service and a great phone service I highly recommended go to this verizon store!
