Erica was super wonderful in helping get my oil change done! The oil change was quick and had no issues, also the price was very reasonable. Everyone was super friendly and nice and made me feel comfortable! Erica was patient with my questions and I will definitely be going back for future maintenance and recommend my friends and family too!

We found the McGavock Infiniti Dealership staff to be extremely interested in helping us with any and all questions we had about their vehicles. They are serious about working with their customers and finding ways to meet their needs. Although our salesman was new, the sales and finance staff at McGavock Infiniti in Lubbock worked as a “Team” in helping us with our new vehicle. The are truly the BEST, not just in the west, but in all Texas! We WILL be back in the future.
