When went in Michael Narvias helped me he was nice and very professional he told me I would get my furniture the next week. He called me one time never left a message and i went back a week after I was suppose to get them. He was rude and very unprofessional I'll will never go back I won't recommend this place to any one. I'm a single parent and to treat ppl like that is unprofessional.

The selection, and prices are well worth checking out for new furniture. Very friendly, and eager sales staff. But finance options can get very pricey in the end if you're not careful. Always my first option for new furniture sales.

YOUR LOCATION IS LUBBOCK HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS THERE BUT THE LAST 2 WERE ON BACK ORDER. WE CALLED AND ENTERTAINMENT STILL HAD NOT CAME IN BUT OF COURSE NO ONE CALLS YOU TO GIVE YOU UPDATE.
