“I took my daughter here for her 11th birthday and we really enjoyed it. Very modern and clean room, the employees were nice, good solid breakfast, and we also liked the pool. The only thing I wish they had that they didn't was a hot tub, but it was still a great experience.”
“Absolutely clean, with great quality control bu Ms. Madea. The staff is charming and keeps warm cookies and crisp flavored water on hand. The beds are soft and comfy. With a great variety of breakfasts, it’s a different variation every morning: eggs, omelettes, waffles, cereal, egg soufflés, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee bar, hot chocolate, etc.We loved it here!”

“Pretty good experience for me. I came up the street after leaving the Motel 6...check out my review on that. This was 100x better and I actually felt safe and felt like my car was safe. The room was really nice and clean and didn't have any issues. I wish I would have booked here in the first place instead of trying to save some money at the Motel 6. I would have given them 5 stars however, their cable is all messed up. Not only do they need to update their channel list, their cable had the same channel on every other channel. I was surprised they didn't have Adult Swim or Comedy Central, which are the only channels I watch. Overall, I would stay here again, but I wouldn't rely on their cable channel assortment.”
“I normally come to this hotel on my business trip because I like the location and hotel. But my recent visit showed they are becoming lacks on the cleanliness. The outside of the hotel had a bunch of trash in the corner and the rugs and hallways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in awhile.”

“Incredible service!! We stayed here for a last minute stay and they easily and smoothly booked me and my kiddos in at 11pm when a hotel down the road was a terrible experience and we left after an hour. They were so kind and helpful and even gave me a discount because I had such a rough night at the previous hotel. True angels at the Hampton! We loved our stay from start to finish and we will always be staying here from now on. Plus they have Texas shaped waffles and the kids love them (mom does too)”
“Little odd rented us room upstairs which were not very safe especially carrying luggage but after handing us key told us no guest...this was techs graduation weekend I'm sure most hotel rooms had guest family and friends that weekend. We can only assume we were at a low class motel”

“Longer stay than I originally planned. The management here is absolutely amazing and so is all of the staff. They are kind, and professional, they always go above and beyond for anyone staying here. The rooms are cozy, up to date and for being a pet friendly hotel, you would never guess with how clean it stays. There is a large field to run your dog, a very calm street to walk, plenty of parking, and conveniently located to tech campus, the mall, cabelas, Starbucks, target, restaurants and so many other things. I highly recommend this place, I promise you won’t beat the price or quality.”

“Great value! Honestly, our usual options were taken, since I was booking only 24-hours before my Lubbock trip. After about 1-hour of checking alternatives and reading reviews, I decided to try Studio 6. My expectations were not high, but this place definitely exceeded them! The staff was extremely friendly, even though I came in around 11pm. The place was "cozy" - not fancy, but clean and adequate. Sheets were clean, no signs of bugs. I needed the heater, and was glad it worked (and was easy to use). A couple of notes: There was a gap under the door, which let light and a bit of cold in. The walls are thin. The water was consistently lukewarm, which is neither great nor is it horrible like hotels that swing from scalding to ice cold in a matter of seconds. I would definitely stay here again as a fallback from my usual choices :)Rooms: Clean, quaint, adequate. Thin walls. Clean bedding!Walkability: Einsteins Bagels across the parking lot was a godsend! La Sirena is by far my favorite Lubbock restaurant, which is literally right across the street (great for a date)! Also looks like there's a new Italian restaurant there, too.Food & drinks: La Sirena is by far my favorite Lubbock restaurant, which is literally right across the street (great for a date)! “Best Comfort Suites I have stayed at. Nice room, nice bed, cable TV, plenty of hot water and towels. Normal breakfast, but the attendant was on site and constantly cleaned the tables and made sure the food was refreshed. Great location next to the freeway and close to Quaker Street, which is a major street in the area. About 5 minutes to the Texas Tech campus. Air conditioner worked great with a wall thermostat that was easy to adjust. Fast elevators. Plenty of parking. Fast internet. Retuned again in 2024. Still a great place to stay. Only complaint was the low water pressure in the bathroom sink in room 102. Had to get water in the ice bucket from the tub to fill the sink.”

“December 2023-passing through Lubbock and decided at the last minute to spend the night. An excellent deal of 74.00 on Expedia. Check-in was smooth and the lady was courteous and very helpful. There are restaurants (Salt Grass, Taco, Starbucks place & others) (Target , Ross Burlington) and shopping center 1/2 mile away. Main Event fun plex is behind the hotel. Great location! The lobby and room was clean and comfortable. The linens are soft. Plenty of hot water. Shower pressure was medium and fan in bathroom did not work. Heater worked well in the room and easily adjustable with the wall thermostat. The furniture appeared to be new. Pulled off linen’s before using and bed checked out clean. Large room. The amenities were full sized Dove soap’s & shampoo. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend”

“This review is about the bar, Koko Inn, not the hotelWith the most unlikely entrance, we found the Koko Inn to be an outstanding example of a wonderful Texas Honky Tonk. The band played a huge range of old and new, mostly country with a little rock and roll. Lotts of dancing and lots of laughs, great drink prices.We are not used to smoky bars, but found a fan we could sit next to and it wasn't too bad. There is no food, though, which would have made it easier to drink more. We will return, for sure.”

“Pleasantly surprised with my stay while traveling through Lubbock in December 2021. The property doesn't look like the typical Sleep Inn (it's either fairly new/ built within the last few years, or a former property purchased by Sleep Inn). My top floor king bed suite was remarkably comfortable, and the desk area in front of the bed was spacious. The walls did not appear to be paper thin, in that I couldn't hear anything at all despite the property being at 100% occupancy. Conveniently located by the Loop, which is a big deal. While I didn't get the opportunity to stay for breakfast, this property is on my list to try again upon my return to Lubbock.”

“I'm giving them 5 stars across the board for the total presentation of the property. It's not a 5 star Marriot, but it's at the top of its class for it's rating.Not a piece of trash to be found outside, property is about 5 acres so that takes some effort.Very well maintained for what it is, roof, parking lot, and exterior, all top top.Rooms were comfortable, clean, and somewhat modern. A bit of chipped paint behind some of the furniture, could use a few more wall outlets for chargers and laptops.Breakfast was so so, no eggs, but decent potatoes and biscuits. You'll need to nuke the sausage for a few minutes to get the grease out. Real orange juice.”

“The Cotton Court has to be one of favorites! The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, great shower, and they have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The courtyard area is an amazing space to relax or enjoy family time. The restaurant and bar are also 5 star service. The front desk and staff could not have been nicer!!”
