“Thank you to HomeBase employee Todd, for going above and beyond your store duties!! We were turning in the HomeBase parking lot from 50th street and ran over something that punctured our tire. While changing the tire we discover our spare was flat. Thank you Todd for helping us put air in the spare tire. You saved us a lot of frustration. We changed the flat, bought the pickets we came there for and were on our way. Also, a big thank you to the customer that stopped to help us. Very thankful and blessed to live where people still help others in need!”

I deleted that review because George in the corporate office called me and made things right. Also the store manager Lisa called me after and was very understanding and apologetic about the treatment I had received. She is great and I would recommend anyone having an issue contact her. “We were having trouble finding a portable AC we liked so we stopped at this Lowe’s. They had one in stock with not a bad price and it had the BTU’s we wanted. Just got it installed today at the house and it’s working great. Wonderful customer service, we didn’t have our card a a nice young lady helped us looking up out card to pay with.”
“I ask 3 employees to help me find a tool I needed. They all told me where to go and I still couldn't find it. I saw this lady I believe her name was Tiara who works in the appliance area. This employee has helped me the last 3 days because I have large products to complete right now. She has even come and ask me if I needed help. So today I saw her and I walked to her. I knew it was not her area but again she was so helpful. She looked up the item and it says there were 15 items. The reason why I couldn't find it was because it was out of stock where they were suppose to be displayed. She found the box up high in the shelf and went and got a ladder to help me get the tool I needed. Then she restock where the tools were supposed to be. Even in this time where there are not enough employees in many business I was grateful that she works there. Because I was about to leave and go to another store to get what I needed. Thanks”
