Had a bow made for my Christmas tree. Trusted the judgement of the bow maker since she’s professional. I was not satisfied and asked to either return it ( since they could use it in the store) or get store credit. I spent a lot of money in the store this day, but staff was unwilling to work with me in any way. Will never spend another dime in there.

I visited Holland Gardens Tuesday September 5th and was once again reminded why I don't shop there. The employees are SUPER rude and unhelpful. 2 out of 3 of the employees barked at me when I asked a question. One of them didn't even look up as she barked. I will NEVER return and I'll continue telling this story to all of my gardening friends as well.

Awesome place with plants and gardening decor and utensils. Lighting for Christmas decorating and garden parties. They change stock seasonally accordingly, I got a planter and 4 fly swatters. I already lost 2 of them.

I have ALWAYS loved Holland Gardens!!!I will never forget when they used to be on 34th street and going as a kid to see all of the animated characters at Christmas time. It was always a one of the favorite places to go then.Wish I could turn back time for my grandkids.

Holland Gardens is your "Go to" place for all of your Christmas needs. They have everything from Trees (of all sizes) to decoration. they even have several different Themed sections in the store. If you can't find what you are looking for in here, just ask the staff and they will be more than happy to assist. We hop to see you there!

Best place in Lubbock to see Santa. Amazing amount of Christmas bulbs and trees on display. This is an annual pilgrimage for us.Also like this place for gardening gifts.

There are no returns during the holiday season. We bought lights that weren’t long enough and didn’t work and there was no way to know this until we got home and adequately measured, coupled with how the lights looked aesthetically. We never even took them out of the bags. I called the manager upon returning home and told her that we never routinely shop in the store so a store credit wouldn’t benefit us in any way. She said that’s how the owners want the store to operate during the holiday season and proceeded to tell me that is was fine and hung up on me. Never go to this store or give them your business. They clearly have no interest in returning or maintaining customers, or operating correctly during the holiday season. We will be mentioning this experience to others that we know in the community.

Great selection of anything/everything Christmas but understand that anything you buy is final- if you want to return anything, the only option you're given is store credit - I haven't been in this store in over 30 yrs and now I have to go back and try to find something to by for $50. Great marketing tactic making sure you never issue a refund so all dollars stay in your bank account but lousy customer service option. I'll only shop here one more time to get my $50 back

Walking into this store I had no idea how beautiful their Christmas displays were. I was presently surprised when I went inside. I highly recommend this shop for all of your Christmas needs. I will be going back with the kids so that they can pick ornaments. The store was clean and the staff seemed friendly.
