My son's car was hit and we had to get a rental, if you are in a similar situation do not use HERTZ!!!!! Their customer service was the worst i have ever experience, I literally drove their car 2 miles to my house and parked it in my garage over the weekend. Went to use it today and the tire was flat and they want me to pay the cost. This is ridiculous, i didn't even drive the vehicle. I was a gold member but i can promise that will change, Enterprise all the way moving forward with all my work trips. Hertz is trash!!!!!!!! This isn't the first time i have had an issue with them, in New Orleans they over booked and left me stranded at 10pm.I was one of about 50 people that night. Then i had to argue to get reimbursed. Had an appointment to pick up a car at 3:30 and there was no one there! They didn’t come back until almost 30 minutes later and I stood outside in the heat! What idiots!

I've now booked here a couple times and each time Javon and her associates, have always been so kind to me. They've always made it very smooth and very easy to rent a car. Thank you for being amazing at your job. And you certainly have a repeat customer.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Made a reservation for 8am on a Thursday. Upon arrival to the location was instantly told I had to wait behind other random people who had no reservation. So much for prior booking. The single employee there made us half hour late getting started bc of that. Then upon returning the car 6 HOURS EARLY, They proceed to charge my credit card a “late day fee” and charged for me another day of rental even tho the car was already in their possession. Multiple hours of waiting on hold on the phone to be passed around by people who barely speak English was the real kicker. They threaten you with calls and guess what! They made the mistake! Idiots. I will never use this location or Hertz in general ever again. Sheesh. Vehicle was dirty as hell on top of everything else

All the staff is so helpful and welcoming, not to mention knowledgeable. They are very friendly unlike the other rental place in Lubbock. I’ll always come back to HERTZ!

I booked a reservation months ago I went there to pick up the car and they have none available. Mariah and javon didn’t even care about the customers. They did not help me at all. Worst customer service ever. Hertz is the worst car rental place I have ever dealt with I would never ever go there again. They just lost a customer and I have been a loyal customer for years.

I rented from Hertz and I will not rent from them again. I was charged a convenience fee of 19.98 on a toll of 3.34, twice. Once going and once coming back. I don't know how they justify such an exorbitant fee, but I will go with Enterprise from now on.

Getting the car was easy. Quick in and out. I returned it more than a week ago and I'm still being charged daily. I'll probably not use them again.

Bailey, Dakota, Shawn, and Javon were very helpful and honest and up front, we ran into a mishap and all they did was make it right. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond for me. Hopefully i wont need another rental but if i do i know where im coming!

In light of the cbs story of a man from Puerto Rico being denied a rental and my experience of being denied a refund for an overcharged amount due to contract charges not being followed stay away from this company!
