Out of all the places in Lubbock we have been, these are the most gentle and considerate of your pet people that we have met and worked with. They do the best cuts to keep you and vour baies happy regardless. I will recommend them all day long to everyone.

So to start, my dog always looks great when he leaves. He's an anxious boy and the groomers handle it really well. They have cut his quick once while trimming his nails, but I have taken him here several times and it has only been an issue the one time, I just don't work with Mary anymore. My issue is with the person working the front desk. It is usually a man who is very kind and pleasant to approach and speak to. Today, it was Maria. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 and had to call at 2 to see if he was ready yet (I have experienced times when they can't get to my dog until the time quoted he would be done, so I assumed they were just busy and hadn't gotten to him yet). Maria instantly gave me attitude and said "yeah, actually we've called you several times since 12:30 and you just send us to voicemail." I apologized and said I did not have any missed calls from then. She said "well I know we called because we mark it down in our system." When I arrived, she checked the number she had on file for me and lo and behold, there were two numbers on file and one was not mine. She did not apologize for being rude, but continued to use a sarcastic tone with me. As much as I like the grooming that gets done on my dog, I'm not interested in being disrespected by the person working the front desk. If you do not have good customer service skills, don't work in a customer facing position.

Never taking any of my family’s dogs here again. Her nails, ears and tail were not trimmed. Her butt was still dirty and we constantly have scheduling issues where we have an appointment scheduled and we get a confirmation text, but when we get there they say we aren’t on the schedule.

Great friendly groomers! My small dog loves going to Heavenly Paws & just trots on back when I take him in lol! Prices are good and my dog looks great

Amazing service we absolutely love Camy, she has been grooming our blind doggie for a while now and always does an amazing job. Our fur baby loves her, I am truly amazed at the service they provide. 10/10 recommend Heavenly Paws

they always cut my moms dog so short & ugly. have made him bleed several times. we brush him all the time & they claim they cut it short cuz he’s matted . LIES.. they even cut his face hair soooo short. he looks very different my kids are scared of him now.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. I am new to Texas and looking for a fur baby groomer. I brought my fur baby here to his nails cut. The young lady took him in the back to cut his nails. About 5 minutes goes by and I get my baby back. She informs me, she had cut his nail to far down, so she filed the rest of them. She also said there was some bleeding but she put some ointment on his nail. Got home and his nail was bleeding like it was torn off. Blood spots on the floor. Alot!!!!! I am so upset how could they do this to my fur baby. Will not go there again!!!!! so with that said.....does anyone know of a good groomer cause i won't bring my baby back there again

I took my dog here a day ago. They called me 2 hours in telling me they couldn't finish because my dog had too much anxiety. Cut half her nails and shaved half of her bald. Was very rude but told us since they butchered my dog they wouldn't charge us. Just to call us 3 hours later trying to get a card over the phone saying we owed them money. Where did you get your license at? And why can't you make up your mind. I wish I read more of the reviews before I came here. Not coming here again!

They have always looked out and taken care of Bruce my Golden Doodle in ways I can’t ever repay. Andy has gone above and beyond for us and I’m truly thankful. I personally recommend them based on my experience and Bruce loves going to get groomed at Heavenly Paws.

Honestly IF an adult cut this dog, i would suspect drugs or a mental handicap. It's borderline abuse. The owner did not refund or repair this disaster cut: Pet came to spca volunteer, Kayla's Grooming, to fix todays
