This is a great, hometown pharmacy! I was having issues getting a rx filled, it was going to be $1300 a month! Neil, one of the pharmacist, helped me get my coupon card activated, called the drug rep so I could get my pcp to get my insurance to accept it- and then called my insurance to get me my medication. It was so personal he went above and beyond to help me. A big place would have sent me on my way super frustrated and at a loss on what to do. If you need a pharmacy, this is one of the best in Lubbock.

If this isn’t the BEST pharmacy in town, I’m not sure who is! Love the fact that it is on the East side and reputable. Every time I fill a prescription, it is ready the same day & extremely quick service. Neal and the ladies who work here are some of the nicest and friendliest individuals you’ll meet. My grandma and I always enjoy the conversations and witty banter. Relatable, professional, respectful and just a great place to go. Highly recommended!

Great service and staff here is awesome! They were super helpful and knowledgeable on COVID. Took care of us with vaccines and any other questions we had!

Such an amazing pharmacy!!! My 81 year old father lives out of town and it was no problem getting his medication set up for mailing!! Thank you to the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff on such excellent customer service!

Was with Walgreens for years and got tired of bad service. Parkway is very friendly and helpful. And made it very easy for me to change all 16 meds to them from Walgreens
