An absolute perfect experience. Actually better than perfect. Cory attended to every detail of what we asked for. We have a beautiful new living room and it was delivered in record time. The craftsmanship of this furniture is flawless.

Corey and team were great to deal with! Customer service exceeded all expectations. Corey would hop on a call when I had questions and worked within our delivery time schedule. Love the new chairs and looking forward to sharing photos with the Hat Creek Interiors team once we are in the new house.

Hat Creek Interiors was the best shopping experience. Buying something site unseen is stressful. The owner (Cory) made it so, easy. He measured and remeasured for me and sent pictures. He was so patience. And when my sofa arrived in a very timely manner it is not only beautiful, it is so comfortable!

If you’re looking for stand out furniture this is your store. They build beautiful custom pieces for various home styles and they stand by their customer service. We had an issue with a piece and they readily remedied. Great find!

Let me start off by saying Corey and his crew are top notch. We recently bought our forever home and decided from the get go that we were going to buy the “right” furniture for the house. We looked and looked and all we could find was cookie cutter furniture at the different stores. You know, all the same type but just a different store. We then decided to look at custom furniture at a place in Dallas and actually found what we were wanting. We did buy some pieces there but stopped in at Hat Creek on our way through Lubbock one afternoon just to see what they had. Well not only did they have the same quality pieces, they had them at a much better price than those “Dallas” stores. The furniture is second to none. These pieces will last forever and you can get them with just about any configuration you want if you want to custom order them. Takes a little longer but so what, it’s exactly the way you want it. Corey has a great eye tho as well and always has and extraordinary inventory on any given day. Dont live in Lubbock? Don’t worry. We don’t either. Corey works with Kevin and they will deliver anywhere you want. And with white glove service as well. So don’t spend your money anywhere else than Hat Creek. It’s the only place you not only will get the best bang for your buck but it’s the only place you’ll get it with service and a smile. (And for the record I am not an employee or a family member of Corey’s. Just a very satisfied customer)

The owner of this company answered my call before business hours, did research on my question, got back to me in a timely way with the answer and accommodated me in every way possible. I don't think I've ever received customer service as good as this.

Love this store! It is a "must visit" to truly experience the quality and beauty of the pieces. Cory was a pleasure to work with - he was extremely helpful in getting my dining room chairs. He also helped my sister-in-law with purchasing her new family room suite. Definitely 5 Star service and merchandise!

I purchased a beautiful mesquite dining room table inlayed with turquoise and 8 beautiful chairs made of crock leather with ball and claw feet from Hat Creek Interiors located in Lubbock Texas. My husband and I were stunned at the unique design and quality of each piece upon arrival in Smithfield Va. The table was carefully crated for shipping and each chair was protected by thick packing material to protect the carvings on each chair leg. Cory the owner of Hat Creek answered any questions concerning the design, quality and shipment to Smithfield Va. The table weight was 600 lbs and was delivered without any scratches due to Cory's crate packaging. The delivery time was delayed due to the Pandemic . Not the fault of Hat Creek I will be purchasing future furniture from Hat Creek for their unique designs and quality furniture.Deborah D'EtcheverrySmithfield VA

We bought a leather sofa, 2 large chairs with matching ottomans. They are high end, extremely well-made, and true to the description online. We ordered online and worked with Corey. Unfortunately we bought during the pandemic when furniture all over the country was in demand and orders were slow to deliver. We waited a fair amount of time but the good news was that Corey kept us updated and helped us get the best delivery price and white glove delivery possible. He was always responsive to our questions. The delays had nothing to do with Hat Creek and were actually faster than some other furniture pieces we inquired about. Given the quality of this furniture, the price, though not cheap, is justifiable. The style will remain classic forever and the pieces will never wear out. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

What a pity. Amazing furniture, but none of the employees were wearing a mask. While we weren’t going to buy what we came in for, we would’ve absolutely gotten something else. However, we wanted to get outta there ASAP because of their no mask policy. What a shame!

I purchased a distressed leather sofa and loveseat from the Hat Creek Interiors website, for my home in Maine. Working with Corey, the owner, was a pleasure. He was informed, personable, accommodating, accessible by his personal cell phone, and easy going - not high-pressured at all. Delivery in Maine was flawless. The furniture is terrific - not one disappointing aspect in the product, or the process. I’d look forward to buying from Hat Creek again.

We ordered custom dining chairs from Hat Creek Interiors after being inspired by a picture of similar chairs on their website. The chairs were hand delivered by the owner, Corey himself last night and they are absolutely beautiful and perfect with our dining table. The craftsmanship is exquisite and worth the wait. Corey has been so wonderful and responsive every time I checked in on the progress and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and the chairs. I plan to order more furniture from Hat Creek, especially now that I know I can trust the quality without seeing anything in person ahead of time.
