My husband and three boys get their hair cut here and they always do a great job! We usually join the wait list on line so when we show up we don’t wait but 5minutes. Staff is professional and friendly!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS. I ASKED FOR 1/2 INCH ALL THE WAY AROUND. BY THE TIME SHE DID THE FIRST…I REPEAT THE FIRST CUT…SHE HAD BUZZED CUT ME. I CAN’T EVEN STYLE MY HAIR BECAUSE SHE BUZZ CUT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS THIS A TEXAS THING?!?!?! DOES NO ONE KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR IN THIS STATE?!?!?! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER TAKE MY BUSINESS TO GREAT CLIPS AGAIN

We like great clips for the price and most of the time they give good haircuts. Past few times we’ve gone the girl there was rather rude and acted inconvenienced and annoyed.

I have one stylist that I use. She is attentive to my hair style that I like. The last time I left I went through the drive through to get a Rx. The pharmacy tech asked if I just got a haircut. I responded yes, to which she said it looks great. That’s why I use Great Clips and one stylist in particular.

Always friendly. In the app it would be nice to see who is working. I like getting my hair cut by certain people but I never know is working when checking in.

Lady cutting my hair left me sitting for several minutes so that she could help another lady that was incompetent to cut the hair of another customer. Why make me wait? Then my mustache was nearly completely removed with clippers contrary to my wishes.
