My doctor prescribed a pain medication on a Friday. This particular medication had to be mixed. The pharmacy was extremely busy but the pharmacist made sure I had the medication by the end of the day so I had it for the weekend. I know they made a special effort because they originally told me it would not be ready until Monday. When a pharmacy goes out of their way to get a prescription ready, that tells me this is a great team and I will definitely use them again.

I get a compounded prescription at Grace Pharmacy for my cat who has seizures. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I live in Clovis. My regular compounding pharmacy had an issue filling my script this time. Grace Pharmacy had my difficult compound script done within 24 hours. They were so kind and understood my situation.

They are poor communicators never called to let me know my prescription was ready or tell me they were closing at noon on Friday the 22nd. Now I will be with out my prescription until after the New Year! Really horrible communication and keep bankers hours.

The staff in the pharmacy was very patient and sweet. They were extremely helpful in explaining the prescriptions to us.
