Always a fan of Goodwill stores---I can't always score a good find here when I'm visiting family in Lubbock as this is but a smaller operation than many, but I occasionally find a nice t-shirt. It's a small store, but well organized and clean. They (generously) take even large donations (I helped a family member donate to them a couple of large floral '90's love seat/couch).

This goodwill was priced so ridiculously. $10 for a t-shirt a used t-shirt $6 for a small stuffed animal. It was clean and smelled good, workers were friendly.

Employees are very nice and hardworking. I plan to make this store my new store for clothes shopping. They have lots of cute clothes for the entire family.

Prices are shockingly unbelievable.Way too many employees on the floor, feel like in constantly being run over by emplyees, its pretty rude when you the shopper are forced to move because an emplyee wants to put away an item where you are. Just give me some space to shop!

One of the worst locations. Their donation receivers are unbelievably rude. They had a pile of beds and box springs out on their loading dock so I went to donate a bed and instead of saying they don’t take them the guy had to get a snippy attitude saying “well they dropped that off while we weren’t here” okay??? And??? That information wasn’t necessary. Neither was the attitude. Moreover they price gouge at this location. Most of it isn’t at retail prices but they’re very high for items that literally cost them nothing. See some of the other reviews for reference. I would recommend the acb or another independent remarketing/ donation center. These people are horrible.

Goodwill pretends that they'll help people find a job, but they really don't. They especially pretend to help people who have disabilities that impede employment, but they really don't. I had to quit my last 2 jobs because of my mental disabilities, and my last job completely discriminated against me because of my disabilities. I've been unemployed for 3 months, my mental disabilities are making it extremely difficult for me to find a new job, but Goodwill still refuses to help me. I'm hoping that I can get disability soon because I'm struggling tremendously with trying to find a new job because of my mental disabilities. Right now, in my personal life, I'm dealing with severe mental and emotional abuse, but no one cares.

Kind of gotten out of hand with their prices. $150 for wore out Justin boots?!! They aren’t that expensive brand new! Some training would go a long way.

Prices are outrageous! Won't be back! You are better off buying new things that are on sale. I used to enjoy this place but I'm absolutely disgusted. Some items were new with tags and Goodwill wanted more money then the original tag! Also will donate to my items elsewhere.

I really don’t like being THAT person, but the checkout lady was very rude to my partner. Two stars because the store itself is fine. We both purchased some clothes. When asked if I wanted to round up to donate, I said sure. When my partner was asked, they politely said “not today.” The checkout woman responded, “Not today, not tomorrow?” in a sour tone, and my partner was taken aback. Then when my partner said “thank you,” she grunted in response. Not sure what it was about my partner or their appearance that made the checkout cashier treat them so rudely, but it’s uncalled for.

I frequent this Goodwill often, I’ve had problems with the pricing of some items but yesterday my self, 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren stopped by after having a great time at Joes Crab shack. My daughter had a chart full of items she wanted and a Nice purse she was getting for her sister. This lady a costumer followed her around the store because she was admiring the purse. We asked 3 different employees how much the purse was, finally the manager told us it was 3.99. When we got ready to cash out, the purse was gone from her cart. The lady following her took the purse from her cart when her back was turned. She looked in the ladies cart, asked her why she take it from her cart, if course she denied it. We called the manager told her what was happening, she along with the other 2 ladies, that saw us with me purse, said the lady found it on the floor, asked us to leave, we rebutted what they were saying. They called the police on us saying we were conformational. The World isn’t an ugly place, it’s people like this that makes it ugly. The God I serve wouldn’t allow me to act the way “I” thought I should have and I’m thankful, but you get fed up with how others act!!!!!

Please pull up your COVID line stickers. They're too good at keeping specific register lines. Your employees and regular customers want a single line on the west register for ALL checkout. They were rudely vocal about it AFTER I got to the register. I'm just trying to follow store implementations.Plenty in the store ?Prices are not inflation friendly ?

Its very upsetting how high this DONATED items are priced!!! There's no company control when it comes to pricing items. Employees get to decide based on their own opinion. Some of them look and act so greedy as if they owned the store. Goodwill used to be a place were low income communities were able to buy items they cant afford buying new. Goodwill used to give back to the small communities providing jobs and discounted items. Now it seems like it cheaper to buy new than going to Goodwill. Its very sad. I was there with my kids looking for a Christmas tree but after seeing the prices on these old DONATED trees I realized i couldn't afford one because of the crazy high prices. Thanks Goodwill and their employees.
