The Goodwill Career Center is unbelievably useless! I was very happy when we went there one day, and I felt more confident after talking with a career coach. I had an interview the next day and I was told that she wanted to hire me. I had an appointment with a case manager at the Goodwill Career Center, and he got mad at me because I didn't go to my appointment with him. I told him that I didn't go to my appointment because I was told that I was going to be hired during that interview. And I was hired and I'm working there now. So now the Goodwill Career Center refuses to talk to me anymore and they also refuse to help my son with preparing him to find a job. That's extremely immature and unprofessional.

First of all, I should tell you that I'm biased because I LOVE Goodwill. Second, I should tell you that if you don't like digging through stuff for bargains, you won't like this place like I do. Now, having said all that, this place is awesome!!! 75 cents per pound! That's right... electronics, home decor, clothing, workout equipment, cleaning and yard maintenance tools, basically a little bit of everything and all for 75 cents per pound!

The older lady checking out really shouldn't be working around people. She claimed I cut in line. I didn't realize, I was embarrassed turned around and apologized. The lady kept staring at me and the guy behind me. He told her several times that is was fine. I apologized again to the gentleman. She then says in a mocking way, "oh, I've gone and embarrassed you". I'm not sure how she has a job when she can be that way with customers.

It's hard to look simply because of how high they pile the bins. They used to change them out several times, during say a couple hours. The folks who work there are very nice, but they'd sell even more if they'd change out the bins more often, not load so much on each, and stop using those deep cardboard boxes that u have to be 7 foot tall to see in

Different bargains everytime - you have to dig through big bins of merchandise, but you can find amazing deals. $1 a pound for most everything - found more books and household items this time, last time more clothes.

The prices are way to high for goodwill. A rip offCharging so much for donated stuff is an absolute rip off. Applys to showrooms
