I had a very negative experience at this goodwill. For reference, I travel very often and go to goodwills across the country so this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at one. I went in and looked for what I wanted, and I found a shirt that I was incredibly excited to find, (I am looking for fabric more than I am for the clothing itself). I go to check out and to find out the shirt I had didn't have a price tag as it was on the special rack I guess. The guy that was checking me out, told me its store policy and that he has to put it behind the counter so that they can reprice and put it out on the shelf the next day. I asked why they couldn't price it right then and there as I was ready to buy no matter there price. He kept saying he couldn't do anything and that was store policy. He said I could come back when the store opened the next day and that I would have to find it on the shelf again. Another store policy was that they weren't able to hold it for me. Whatever is goodwills policy, or whatnot, I've never had this happen to me in any goodwill before. It was terrible customer service. I went back today when they opened and the shirt was no where to be found! I asked a different staff member if she could look in the back and she said there wasn't anything as I described back there. She said if it was the shirt she thought it could've been that it had a hole in it and was sent to the pound! Unbelievable. I don't remember there being a hole and even if there was I was buying it for the fabric because it was a nice fabric that could be made into something else. I am very upset by my experience and there's nothing nobody did to make it better. I have never had such a negative experience at a goodwill before and of course its such a niche thing and the circumstances were poor as I was really excited to buy this shirt and it just so happened to not be priced. Terrible policy and service.

Can someone from Goodwill please define what a t-shirt is?!I've been told before by goodwill employees that if a shirt has a front pocket, that is not a t shirt, but rather a short sleeve shirt. Today I went to purchase a T-shirt (no pockets or anything) and the employee at the register tried ringing my up for a short sleeve ($3.99) instead of a t-shirt ($1.99) when I asked why it wasn't a tshirt price, she said that it has to be cotton to be considered a t-shirt.The signs in store simply say T-shirt $1.99 with no definition. I'm tired of expecting one price, only to be wrung up another price. Maybe price tags on each item would help this?

I love goodwill and I got some of my coolest and most useful stuff from here. Stuff that would usually be like 50$ is only 5$ here. Great prices and great selection!

You get good stuff here. However, I think there merchandise are usually pretty expensive compared to other goodwill stores around.

Prices on most items are extremely high....considering this is a "THRIFT" store.
