The Goodwill Career Center is unbelievably useless! I was very happy when we went there one day, and I felt more confident after talking with a career coach. I had an interview the next day and I was told that she wanted to hire me. I had an appointment with a case manager at the Goodwill Career Center, and he got mad at me because I didn't go to my appointment with him. I told him that I didn't go to my appointment because I was told that I was going to be hired during that interview. And I was hired and I'm working there now. So now the Goodwill Career Center refuses to talk to me anymore and they also refuse to help my son with preparing him to find a job. That's extremely immature and unprofessional.

They need to set out more puzzles, new or used. There's 1 puzzle thats been there for weeks, and its overpriced, $4.99! They shouldbe .99 - $2.99

Recently went there and had a situation where the lady at the register thought she gave me my money ? but had made a mistake I was a little taken back because I told her and showed her my wallet of what money I had apparently she didn't believe me..other than that I enjoyed shopping there

Accidentally donated a precious item on Sunday, realized it was gone yesterday. The managers did absolutely everything in their power to help me find it and offered various suggestions. I ended up being reunited with my item! Everyone was extremely kind through the entire process, will absolutely be going to this location again!

The employees at this location are very friendly. The store is ok when it comes to cleanliness. The prices have gone up but I still think you can find great deals. Even with price increases I will keep going.

Wanted to share a change in policy at this Goodwill. Items that are a set are no longer sold that way. The set is split up and each part is paid for separately. If you are budget shopper this is going to add to your cost. Toddler outfits will cost over $5 each now, while adult outfits are at least $10 including tax. Quality clothing for children at Once Upon a Child is the same amount, other thrift shops are not doing this. I would avoid this particular Goodwill and shop elsewhere for better stuff at the same price.
