What a great place! I stopped in today for a birthday gift and the gentleman that helped me provided such great service! I gave him a budget and some guidelines for the gift recipient's preferences, and he walked around the store with me gathering up several different cigars that are sure to be a hit. Very happy customer here!

Went in today to grab a couple cigars. First time at Good Karma, great selection, and friendly staff. I was invited to smoke a cigar in the lounge area, didn't have the time today, but I definitely will smoke a cigar there in the future. Great job guys, I will definitely be back.

I stopped in while on a business trip in Lubbock. The guy working was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt like a regular but it was my first visit. I picked up 3 cigars I had never tried before and all were fantastic. The selection is top notch, the lounge area looked inviting. I recommended the place to a coworker. Needless to say I had a very nice time Good Karma!
