I rarely write reviews but Deryl Jay and his team at Golf Headquarters are so fantastic to work with, I felt obligated. I am a new golfer and their team has made learning the sport and getting custom fitted for my first set of real clubs an extremely fun, educational, and affordable experience. I am 6'6 and they built me clubs that actually fit my frame and for way more affordable a price than I thought possible. I am now keeping up on the course with buddies who have played for 10 times as long thanks to yall!

Deryl Jay and his staff are awesome!!! I just got fitted for a new driver and it was truly a great experience. I highly recommend Golf Headquarters for all your golfing needs. I appreciate all the patience and professionalism from everyone. They specialize in customer service. These guys are the best!!!

Travelled 200 miles to get fitted for new irons. Well worth the trip. They did an outstanding job. I was very satisfied and highly recommend Golf Fitter without reservation.

Deryl Jay, one of GolfDigest Top 100 club-fitters, and the staff at this location are amazing! They have an old school style of customer service like places used to in the past. If you need anything golf related in Lubbock this is the spot!

We were walking out of the store as the owner approached us asking if we were going to purchase an item from the store. We informed him that we were not able to find what we needed, so we were leaving the store. As we were talking, he said "you need to leave", so we asked "why, what happened?". He informed us that 2 employees complained that we were being rude, but we had not yet spoken to an employee other than saying "no thank you" when offered help. After we asked why we were being told to leave, the owner put his hands on the man that I was with. He then said to the owner "I would appreciate if you would take your hands off of me". After that was said, the owner proceeded to say "**** you, get out of my store" and shoved him towards the door. Once we left the store, I called the store to speak to the owner about how we were rude to the employee. He said that one of the employees was shoved and one was spoken rude toward. We will no longer continue our service at this store, as the owner was very disrespectful and the employees are liars.

How many Master club fitters are you going to find in Lubbock? I know of at least one, and that's Mr. Jay here at Golf Headquarters. You pick whatever it is you're trying to accomplish, swing analysis, custom build, club repair, custom fit, this place can do it all. Thanks for all you guys do.

If you want to take your game to the next level, go see Deryl at Golf Headquarters of Lubbock. I struggle with the driver and I went in for a shaft and he said he’d tip it a certain way and I must say it has made a difference. He told me to let him know how it works and I went in and shook his hand saying thank you for helping me!! Golf is fun again went you can get off the tee box with confidence!!’ Thanks again Deryl!!!
