Very disappointed. Went in for just a gel mani. They pressured for more services which I declined. Then they filed my nails, didn't dust, and applied the top coat. When it was sharp and bumpy I asked if they could smoth it out and they were very obviously offended I asked and argued with me that it was smooth enough. There's gel all over my cuticles which are poorly cut in general. Not worth the $45.
Cleanliness: Not impressed. I'm very sure the nail bushes are being reused and the cuticle trimmers looked dusty.

My four year old daughter and I went in for manís and pedis. My tech was good; however my daughter’s tech was rude and very impatient. My daughter gets the kids mani and pedi often. She doesn’t move around a lot and she is not all over the place. She couldn’t even turn around to see the tv because the tech would get on to her and say she’s moving to much. She sat more still than I did and she made it seem like she was constantly moving. Then she proceeded to ask if my daughter acted like that at home. My daughter sat still and did the best she could while sitting in a way too big chair and the tech kept tugging on her feet and telling her to move closer until my daughter was at the edge of the chair. She couldn’t even sit comfortable. Then when it came to her mani my daughter said what she was doing hurt and all the tech said was “this is how we do it”. Worst experience for my daughter and we will not be going back! $130 for an awful experience.

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax for her this evening. My heels are horrible. If I wouldn't have watched them use the callus remover on them, you would never know they did. I actually think they may be worse now. I also had to ask for the remainder of the old polish to be removed before he began painting again. Literally got to soak our feet less than 10 min. We both chose a $45 pedicure. Mine ended up being $55 (not sure why....yes I should have asked but didn't think about it at the moment) and $75 for her pedicure plus wax. The lady ruined her eyebrows. They are crooked. There was no way to fix them or she would have nothing left. Not a great way to start her prom week. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax because I have an event soon. The pedicure was fine... nothing special, not fantastic. But when the lady did my brows, she basically ruined the natural shape. she made them way too thin and too far apart. she also took scissors to them without asking me first. I didn't need a lot off, just some lone hairs. once she was done, she didn't offer me a mirror so I didn't see my brows until i got in the car. extremely put off by this encounter and now I have to go buy an eyebrow pencil.

My four year old daughter and I went in to get a pedicure and I also got her a mani. The technician that painted my daughters nails was very impatient and rude. She expected my daughter to sit like a statue. She couldn't even turn her head to look at the tv without the lady telling her to sit still and then proceeded to ask if she's hard to deal with at home. Mind you my daughter gets manis and pedis often and she knows how to sit still enough. She was really rough with my daughter and when my daughter spoke up about it she just told her "that's how it is". Then the tech got frustrated because my daughter said she needed to go to the restroom. I will not be returning here.

I acquired an acrylic allergy before I knew how to care for nails. By then always overfilling my nail beds, I developed an allergy that causes my cuticle to itch relentlessly when I do get acrylic. 10/10 do not recommend.

My friend has gone here previously, but this was my first time and I'm honestly disappointed. We had gone in with high hopes and wanted to get simple French tips with almond shape and I wanted the same with the little hearts. The hearts on there were fine, but both mine and my friends paint were messed up, and the shape was wrong. She had called back and they said it would get fixed free of charge and ended up getting charged anyways. I'm honestly disappointed and we will not be returning :/.

Went with some friends to get pedicures. I Got the pearl pedicure and I will come back for the leg and foot massage alone. So relaxing ?

Went in two separate times shellac didn't last a week before it pealed off. Don't know if the shellac was old or what but twice was too much especially for what was charged. I went back the first time and they redid but charged for it. Will not be back

This was the worst pedicure. Sharp edges left on nails. No shaping or filing. Woman didn’t want to do pedicure and did awful service. Will not be returning. Wouldn’t advise anyone to go.Service: Pedicure

Asked for just plain white nails and the older lady in there had put Crome on my nails without asking. The shape is terrible and there’s top coat all over my cuticles.Service: Dip powder

I’ve come here regularly for several years. The quality of your pedicure and what is done depends on which technician you draw at that moment. My last pedicure was my best. This one, a full 15 minutes from arrival to completion. No lie. Truly disappointed. My last one here.
