I had never been in Glory B's, but I called an army surplus store looking for help with a costume. She said Glory B had what I was looking for. I called and spoke with Irasella (may have spelled that wrong) and she found what she thought would work and sent me a pic. I was on my way home from Dallas to NM and would be driving through LBK. It was perfect, but I was a little afraid that I might not be there before they closed. She said to call if that was the case. As I drove, Mapquest put my arrival at 5:37. I didn't want to make anyone wait that long, so I called and asked if I could pay for it and then come get it later in the week. She asked if it would mean a special trip from NM and it would have so I asked if I could pay for shipping. She said she would run an errand at 5:00, but would be back for me at 5:30. She was there and had even found another option that might work with several extra accessories. I bought what I thought would make a boy with a VERY specific Halloween request happy and while she rang me up, I browsed. The place is darling! Very eclectic variety and all very appealing. And with customer service like this, I'm going to come back when I have more time. Irasella saved the day!
