Made sure to make it to the store during open hours that are posted. Called to ask to open the doors for donation and assistance, was told they would be just a minute. Waited 30 minutes and watched the last of the people come out the front and lastly was the person who must have taken my call look at my car and lock up and leave. Donate elsewhere.

Called ahead to make sure I could donate clothing and was given a time to be here. Got here and called again to let them know I was waiting. 30 minutes go by and know one comes out to greet me. Very disappointing to realize I wasted my time because the staff clearly left. I will be donating to other places in Lubbock.

Love this thrift store so many things to look at they price their stuff at reasonable prices .. I'm going in there quite a bit during the months to look at all their stuff to see new things I can add to my home .. Employees are all very Sweet very welcoming always a great experience when I go .. if u haven't gone you need too ..

Agree with all the other comments about not being open when posted. Showed up at 10:15 and was closed when said they were open at 9:00. Frustrating!

The people there are very courteous, and they help you with everything you need help with it's really a great place to do some shopping if you just want to redo your living room or your bathroom or the kids need a few clothes or I mean it's a great place to go I love it
