I brought my 2012 GMC Acadia to Gene Messer for some repairs. The repairs they did were needed because I can definitely feel the difference in the way the car runs and performs. Unfortunately there was another repair that showed up after I picked up the car so I took back and found out that the problem was already there. I’m happy with all the repairs that the serviceman did to the car and I’m happy with the cars performance. I’m happy with Ruby the service advisor also. She was a lot of help in explaining things to me. Unfortunately at this time I cannot do the other service that is needed but if I do decide to do it I will definitely bring the car to Gene Messer. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the services to my car.

I had order a key for my wife's car an the
The guy was supposed to order the key.so i called the next day to see if the key was in an the guy at parts said that they couldn't fine it an then he said it was in so i take the car an they can't fine the key very disappointed on the service.

Ruby Soto did an excellent job informing me the best she could as a complete diagnosis of the problem was not done.i will have to take my vehicle back. The reason for not getting 5 stars is because when I call to set up an appointment, the person answering the phone gave me a date and time to be at the dealership, but did not inform the dealership of my appointment

Prompt. Attentive. Courtesy. Communication and videos explained everything. Only one suggestion. Unable to fix problem (but part is being ordered). If they could have told me that they made a temporary repair to appease my situation (before the part came) would have alleviated my frustration. I was very happy when I got in my car, and I found that they had stopped my seat from rocking back and forth.

Took Trax vehicle in. When work was completed I came to pick it up and check engine light was still flashing. Left the vehicle again and it took 2 months to get the repairs done due to parts back orders. Picked up the vehicle yesterday. It seems to be running well. BUT the Geotab vehicle location device had been removed and no one knows where it has gone. Thomas is a nice employee and kept in touch with me through this long long process but is hampered by lack of orginization at the dealership, and poor service from Chevrolet. I know I will never consider buying one.
