Easy to get to from the street either direction but at rush hour time it is alittle more difficult to enter flow of traffic. Employee was courteous and greeted and offered receipt for purchase. Can pay at the pump or inside. Price was cheaper by a few cents as compared to other locations throughout Lubbock.”

“I stopped in for a state inspection on my parents vehicle unexpectedly on a Friday morning and was greeted promptly and advised about the wait time. Got me in quicker than advised and they completed the inspection in a matter of about 15 minutes. Pleasantly surprised with the speed and courtesy.”

“You have a location near 4th and Frankford in Lubbock near Walmart. There is a woman that works there overnight she's an absolutely amazing cashier. She treats you with the utmost respect when you walk in she greets you. And she treats you like family. I love coming into this location when I'm headed home. Just because of the way I get treated. This woman goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome as a customer. I hope that you guys see this review. And promote her because I think if you had. More people like her at the rest of your locations. You'd have less complaints.”

“It's a clean, well functioning gas station. Even while it's busy, you never wait too long for a pump, prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. If you have a spill or just need help, there's someone there, ready and willing to help.”
“Any latin ingredients you'll find here. So many different Chiles to make those authentic dishes. The panaderia (bakery) is fresh daily & friendly staff. They have fresh tortillas flour, corn & wheat. There's aguas frescas. A taqueria inside & a meat market (fajita meat!). Their produce is fresh all around with awesome in-store deals.”

“2 cars came in after me and went ahead of me. I told the guy who finally came over to my car. He got me in quickly but I did not feel I got a thorough inspection. I did not flash the lights, step on brake or check my oil.”

“Best Convenience Store/Gas Station in Lubbock! The points are great, and I use them regularly. But the customer service, cleanliness, and ample parking takes them over the top. I also love that the prices you see posted in the coolers or on the shelves are the prices you're charged. They obviously train their employees properly because I've gone to other Murphy's with the same specials and been grossly overcharged! Kudos to the management team at this location! I now bypass several Stripes to get my gas here!”

Marlene did us an amazing job! After Market Street turned us away, they picked us up with no problem! She couldn't do the cake we wanted due to needing at least a month to order what she needed to accommodate. Understandable, since it was short notice. The job she did was beyond what we had imagined. The cake came out gorgeous!! Thank you so much!”

“I had a great experience with Marshall here at Take 5. I put an oil additive in my car that was about 8 ounces over the full mark and I was worried that it was too much oil in there. He assured me that it was not going to cause a problem. He asked me some questions about the history of it and what was done and was very knowledgeable about my 2015 Subaru Outback. Since I recently had an oil change, there was no need for another one and he Made sure the tire pressure was great in my tires and also topped off my fluids. He didn’t charge me, but I felt bad about the work he’d done and the time he spent and so I donated $10 to their charity fundraiser that was going on. He is an honest and helpful guy and that’s all anyone could ask for.”
