We’re new to Lubbock and had a wheel that was making noises. Saw all the great reviews on Google for Gary’s and decided to take it there. They didn’t disappoint. They found the issue and fixed it. It was a quick and inexpensive fix. I appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell needing something more and were honest and transparent about it. Service was great. Definitely will go back next time I need the car worked on.

Honest and quick work! Gary will get you taken care of, and back on the road. Had been told to take it elsewhere after I got the initial quote, and I’m glad I didn’t! Have never experienced such great customer service. Will definitely be back for any future repairs, and would recommend them.

These guys are great. My skid-plate was dragging on the ground and they had to remove it. They did it right away and it was fixed in about 5 minutes. I greatly appreciate them getting me in and out quickly. Great place.

Thanks to Gary’s Service Center for the great Leap Day gift you gave me yesterday.
I took my 2006 Lexus in at 8 AM, expecting that you would examine it and call me saying a broken switch, engine, or equipment failure was keeping my front passenger window open more than three inches from the top in 33 degree weather with rain and snow. The online information I had read said that repairs would probably be upward of at least $300, and I anticipated it would be a several-day repair. I felt grateful that this was the first time my hybrid SUV has been in for repairs in the eight years I’ve owned it and added 65,000 miles to the 80,000 it had when I bought it. But managing the best I can as the wife of a husband confined to memory care with dementia, I dreaded the call confirming the problem and cost to repair.
Before 10 AM the call came with a question whether I had recently replaced the car battery. My reply was positive; yes, the battery was replaced shortly before 2023 ended. I was then told that when the battery is replaced, it is necessary to re-program the windows to raise and lower. The work had been done and the car was ready to be picked up, less than two hours after I left it! I was so dumbfounded that I forgot both then and later to ask why, with at least three battery replacements in the last eight years and no previous window problems, this had now happened. Never mind, the bottom line, as I signed the receipt, was a zero balance owed! No charge! Just a wonderful gift on a cold damp Leap Day, February 29, 2024! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve already told the story and recommended Gary’s Service Center to several friends who were happy to get the recommendation. I’m not wishing any additional repairs to cause my return, but now I know where to go if necessary.
