I am so thankful Gary and Trudi. They are amazing people with strong Christian values--I truly felt like I was in great hands after being "new" to Lubbock once more!
Gary and Trudi have extensive knowledge of the market. They helped me be patient when I needed it most, but they also know when to move quickly. They helped me find a home that ended up being perfect for my current needs as well as a financial investment. I have been able to call them with questions even after closing. They are available and maintain the relationship even after your move-in.
I have been through the house buying process twice before and felt lucky to have guiding hands back in my hometown. I count my blessings to have had guiding hands for a third time--which made the entire process feel like home. We had not bought or sold a home in over twenty years. Gary, Trudi and Krista were outstanding to work with from the listing to the closing. We had already purchased another home. Gary helped us determine the appropriate listing price and we received multiple offers in three days. Gary expertly analyzed the offers and helped us understand the differences. Trudi was super helpful with advice regarding staging our home. They both provided us with timely guidance and ensured we understood all aspects of selling our home. Plus they were genuinely kind and fun people to work with! We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

I cannot recommend Gary and Trudi enough. Their knowledge of Lubbock is exceptional. They were able to recommend us houses based on each of my family members' circumstances, and they did not hesitate to let us know if a house might not meet our expectations as a family. They were honest and responsive from day one to closing, and I can't think of a time where they didn't get back to us nearly immediately when we had questions or concerns. Gary and Trudi were excellent negotiators for us, working tirelessly to get us concessions and work with the seller to see what areas were potentially flexible. Where the Owens especially excelled for us was in their partnership - they balanced each other perfectly and used their separate but complimentary sets of skills to help us navigate every step of the home-buying process. I'm not normally the kind of person to go out of my way to recommend services to other people, but I've already been telling my colleagues who are looking for houses about Gary and Trudi. I truly cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with Gary and Trudi. We were first time home buyers and were unsure of most of the process They educated us on every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure that we got a very nice home within our budget that far exceeded our expectations. Not only were we always kept up to date of homes on the market, they were available for any questions we had. Their knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods of Lubbock as well their expertise in dealing with lenders and VA loans made our transition from renters to homeowners an incredibly positive experience. If we ever find ourselves in the market again our first stop will Coldwell, Gary, Trudi and the rest of the team treated us like family and are just genuinely good people. We will definitely recommend them and Coldwell to any family or friends looking to buy or sell a home. Extremely happy.
