In a day and age where customer service is a lot to ask for Roxy and Mason went above and beyond. Thank You both so much for being courteous every time I called. Roxy's was able to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our DJI Drone and point us in the right direction. I highly recommend reaching out to Fix In A Zip, they're very good at what they do. After trying multiple places in Lubbock to repair my MacBook screen, I was told the minimum lead time would be a week. I called FixinaZip, and not only were all of the employees so nice to me, they were able to overnight a screen for my laptop and fix it the very next day! They also had better pricing! The service here could not have been any better. Thank y’all for the help :)

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Once the ordered replacement screen arrived, the repair took less than an hour. Price was reasonable compared to local competitors.

3/8/24 dropped off part to be repaired, was told next day or Monday. I hear nothing so I call on 3/13/24 no update. Show up there on 3/16/24 and was told that they could not open up the module but if I could they could fix it, took home, opened in 5min and returned to store just to be given excuses as to why the can’t fix, didn’t even look at the unit. Find a professional shop for your electronic repairs, this ain’t it.

They used to have a great deal for 20 you can get a lifetime (of that phone) replacement of screen protectors however, I am not sure if that is still available. I also had a laptop recently repaired here. Had my motherboard replaced. It wasn't too badly priced.

I totally recommend this place. On Christmas Eve, they were closed but opened up to fix my daughter’s phone. Which made her day. Thank you!Plus they have the best prices.
