They delivered my package to a grocery store. Had me go 3 different locations before I spoke to a manager at an unloading dock (yes they actually sent me there) and he was finally able to locate it. The 800 number is useless, they have no idea what they’re talking about.

They were so patient with me I missed my delivery because I was in spring break they contacted me to make arrangements for me get my order to me as quickly as possible. Great service.

Lost package. Took picture of delivery which is not my house. I have Ring video plus outside alarm cameras and they never were at my house. Called FedEx customer service and shipper. FedEx locally will not call me and tell me where it was delivered. No info on driver. Will pursue to regional or corporate office.

The drivers apparently can’t read they keep taking my packages to the office and the office refuse to give them to me and keeps them I have my apt number on the delivery add and they still take them where they want and u can’t call them and fed ex is in elm they know the drivers are doing this and tell you to call the shipper and they tell you to call fed ex I know this is a terrible co

Lost not just one package of mine but this has been the third time they have lost my package and I have never moved. Lost a package completely, put a package at a door that was for service only on the other side of the apartment complex when there is numbers on every single door. Today they straight up lost another package and when I called them they told me that they could not and would not be able to help me. I talked to my apartment complex and they showed me the security camera that shows when someone enters the complex, Package Deliver said 9:26am the FEDEX driver was not even on the property until after 3:00pm so not only are they liars but thieves and completely dysfunctional as a service I would be ashamed to be seen driving any FEDEX vehicle in Lubbock.

My husband had a seasonal job there. I had a 911 emergency and had to go to the hospital. They do not have a phone number to where you can speak to a human being or leave a message. That is terrible customer/employee service. My husband had to come home to a empty home. We have no relatives within a 5 hour radius.

Unfortunately had to RMA the new GPU for my computer and MSI sent it back to me via FedEx. Well FedEx dropped my package at the wrong door and is still not giving me and clarification where my 1200$ gpu is and with this being a warranty claim shipment with no insurance I will only be getting 100$ reimbursement for the DRIVERS negligence. All addresses were verified by FedEx to be right over the phone, instead of leaving it at the correct apartment complex and getting a signature it was left on a random doorstep with 0 information on how to retrieve it. now as a content creator I'm pretty much up a creek without a paddle. Thanks a lot Fedex.
