They were so patient with me I missed my delivery because I was in spring break they contacted me to make arrangements for me get my order to me as quickly as possible. Great service.

I really want to thank FedEx aground in Lubbock for getting my package that contained important medication to me a day early when I desperately needed it. The customer service was great and they went out of their way to make sure I received my package today, it is really appreciated and prevented a possible medical emergency.
