“Dr Tiemann inherited me from Dr. Ash's practice over a decade ago. Dr. Tiemann, his providers and staff have grown this practice into what is now Regal Park Medical Center. Everyone is kind and polite. They genuinely have my best interest and health in mind. He cares about his patients and staff. Very well managed office that runs like an well oiled machine with small town care. They have in house X-ray, Lab and PT that keeps me from having to run all over town for these services. These are all great people despite the few negative reviews. I know we all have bad days but some people need to remember that they can't have everything they want the very second they demand it. Dr. Tiemann promised me years ago the growth would not stop the personable level of care. He has stayed true to that and I will be the first to call him on it if it ever does. I have had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seen at an appointment but it does not bother me because I realize they are giving someone else the same care we all deserve. If you are wanting a place that truly values your business and cares for you like family then RPMC is the place.”

“Dr. Lum has been my endocrinologist for a few years now. He's one of the best! Very thorough and will explain to you what he's saying in basic words if needed like I do.His staff has always been polite and professional. The lab girls are always so sweet, the one who takes the blood is one of the best I've ever had! I have fairly thick skin so many time when I have to get blood drawn it takes them a couple tries to get my vein, but she always gets it on the first try! I'm so glad my primary doctor was able to refer me to Dr. LUM and his staff, amazing people!”
