Is 9:22 I’ve been waiting for the store to open patiently, I already seen 2 people come and leave because store is not open is a car next to me so I think is waiting as well, no I was wrong is the worker waiting in her car seen all this people come and go, and I see her go open de store and im like okay… a lil after I follow and she had locked the door again ??♀️

On September 4 at about 10:30am worst experience ever. i’m from out of town and stop by this family dollar location to grab a few items. When I entered The store a young lady behind the counter yell loudly for me to leave my backpack at The counter That I had on my back with all my personal items in it .She proceeded to say as she profiled me that I would not be coming in the store and stealing today While she had other customers in line. I told her that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my backpack at the counter and I just wanted to grab one thing when I grab the item that I need it she called the police on me and refused to give me any service.i left the item that i wanted to purchase on the counter and proceeded to leave.once I was outside the police met me at the door And proceeded to question me like I was a thief in front of all the other customers I have never feel so embarrassed in my life. Just know if you ever stop in this location and you’re From out of town don’t wear a backpack or you take the risk of being thrown in jail or profile as a thief. Way to go family Dollar thank you for all your excellent service in excellent employees. VERY DISGUSTING I’ll never spend a dime of MY FAMILIES MONEY AT FAMILY DOLLOR EVER AGAIN.

Store closed despite all lights on and sihn saying they are open till 9 yet at 4 doors locked. Employees in store made eye contact with me and promptly ignored me at doors

The customer service at this place sucks! All employees in the back Myself and 4 other customers stood in line for over 10 minutes after informing one employee in the very back we were ready she stated someone else would be with us and still no one came to the front...
