I always find what I need and it's convenient. The staff is ok-ish. Some are rude but most are friendly just slow! No care to get customers on their way in a decent time manner. Also, they lock their doors whenever they want!! It can be 7:45pm and the doors are locked. Sign says 9:00pm. It's very unprofessional and annoying.

I went here to purchase 2 items. One of the items rang up at a higher price than was listed on the shelf. When I told the cashier, this IDIOT said "Yeah I know. Prices are going up." Then I said "You are supposed to charge the price listed on the shelf." No price correction was made. My advice is NOT to go to Family Dollar in Lubbock, TX, unless you just like to be CHEATED!

Nice, clean, decent selection, convenient. Did not have to wait in line at the register. The only reason I issued 4 star instead of 5. They do not sell bagged ICE. Although they sell ice cream. So I did have to go to another store, to get a bag of ICE, and had to wait in line to check-out. I could have just went to this store and purchased evrything. Shopping at Family Dollar was a pleasant experience. When they have bagged ICE for sale, I will edit and rate them 5 Star.

This used to be my favorite Family Dollar. Now they just hang up the phone on you, do not open the doors on time. What happened??

If I could chose no stars.... they’d get no stars! Does not matter how clean or organized a store is if the staff is rude. I’d rather drive past it and on to the next one.

This store is very clean and organized. Shelves are always stocked. Large wide open aisles throughout. All the employees so far have been very friendly.

The Family Dollar by the YWCA is always stocked and the sales associates were well mannered and always smiling. The store could have used a bit of cleaning though.
