I was in this store today. The Dr Pepper products were suppose to be 3 for 10 if you had the digital coupon. The drinks were not allowing my digital coupon to be taken off, but the helpful staff there worked until they got it right. I had been in another Family Dollar and the manager's attitude was "Sorry, i can't do anything for you." Nice to know some people still think customer service is still important.

When I went there the manager was super condescending to me and extremely rude, had expired food in places they shouldn’t be and was mostly disorganized and was not worth even 10 minutes of my time, do not recommend at all.

The store itself is usually a bit of a mess, but I totally understand that because there's never more than two people working in the entire place. But what they may lack in organization/stocking/coverage they more than make up for with customer service! The people behind the counter are always kind and professional.

not once not twice but three times i have came to this store DURING BUSINESS HOURS (usually fairly early like 5-7) and all three times the doors are locked but there are employees inside just watching us outside. they refuse to open the door and even laugh at us. they close at 10. TEN PM. ridiculous.

I purchased a DVD at this location and it was empty...so took it back..the store clerk immediately call her store manager Lekeisha Ramirez and she was very rude and unprofessional, the fact that this store sells empty anything is wrong..I could have did something else with that ten dollars. But that's cool ...I guess Lekeisha Ramirez need that ten dollars more than I need to watch that DVD!!

I came twice today. One time there was a sign saying they open at 7 pm. Well its 9 pm and they're still closed. Some mornings they're late opening. How inconvenient is that??

Often closed during posted business hours. Today a sign said something like, "Closed due to personnel issues". Often no one is at the register, even if 2 or 3 employees are present.
