My Wife and I went in this location on 3/24 about 5pm, As we walk in the young lady at the counter says nothing, Just stares at us. Zero customer service skills whatsoever. I blame this on the management for not training your employees. A simple hello or can I help you go a long way.

worst place ever went there last Tuesday to get my girl and my mom something to drink ended up buy a gallon and paid $51 didn't realize tell later that the boy with a man bun over charged me.

The worker was rude, just very unfriendly. My 1st time going here. Don't think I'll be back. Couldn't even get a very simple order correct. Ordered 2 different drinks and received the same drink and both of them.

OMG~?This is the best establishment ever. Forget your over saturated Starbucks treat. Every single daiquiri or margarita (Frozen or on the Rocks) is consistently smooth, extremely tasty, perfectly blended, and no nonsense. The atmosphere feels as if you're in Downtown Dallas without the pretentious crowd. The Frankford Avenue and 4th Street location is well worth your dime, everytime.?~?

I usually have a good experience at this location but that wasn't the case this time. The blond haired girl was behind the counter and was very dry and seemed uninterested in my business. She wrong up my order and while I was getting my wallet out she had her arm stretched out over the counter as if to be hurrying me up. Funny thing is the person that came in through door after me she was all smiles and grins. Yeah real funny!
