Been to Elite and it’s always been a very nice service. Both pedi and full set. This last time I went and Krystal did my pedicure….. THE BEST!
Everyone is so nice, love the music, love the drink!

I saw Crystal and I’ll be back for her. She was incredible. I’ve had my nails done in a bunch of different places inside of Lubbock and outside of the country. I’ve had sets that cost upwards of 500 done. This place did not disappoint for the price point.
Crystal was incredibly kind and patient with me. I’m a little slow, so I don’t know how to make or keep up conversation. I just don’t have the faculties for it. But, she was so patient with me that I couldn’t get over it. I loved the vibe.
I went in with a simple request. Colorful. It’s pride this month and I lost close friends in Pulse, which has an anniversary this month. I wanted nails that would show my love for those I don’t have with me anymore, and also serve as a “beacon” that I respect LGBTQIA+. My instructions were “French, but colors! Maybe a design.” Well, I got exactly what I asked for and shockingly everything was done by hand. Quickly too! I think I was only seated for 30 minutes. That woman is fierce!
She helped me pick colors since I had no idea what I really wanted. That’s the extent of any direction I was told to go in though. And honestly, I appreciated it immensely.
I have very hard to work with nails. Psoriatic arthritis makes my nail beds divot. The nails do come up quicker than they would on others. Not once did Crystal hit my cuticles with the dremmel or buff my skin though. Thats.. a new one for me. My hands are tiny. I didn’t expect to walk out of there without my skin ripped as always; but good god she was perfect. I didn’t even know she was done with the first hand until she told me to give her the other one.
She says she specializes in chrome. So I’ll be going back to take her up on that. I love chrome, cat eyes, and hell, with how perfectly sized these nails are I can actually go longer. They’re usually the wrong size and hard to work with. But I’m shocked and in love with how beautiful and perfectly placed these are. She’s a golden one and I hope she stays at this place. I’ve only been here once but I never want to go anywhere else.
Stylist: Crystal was fantastic and an amazing stylist. 10/10. Will absolutely go back. She may seem a bit standoffish but she honestly didn’t act it once down and into the job.

It's been 7yrs since I've walked into a nail salon...I tend to get social anxiety. So let me tell u that my experience at Elite was awesome my 1st time there and jasmine did my pedi and she was absolutely great, super friendly and made my conversations with her so easy going. I plan on going bk soon for a mani. Thank you Jasmine for making me feel comfortable ?

They are kind of rude here now. They talk trash about clients. We used google translate and it was horrible. You pay for a service and only get half of what you paid for. The nails don't last for over a week and shellac don't last for 8days now! Horrible and you might as well pay for new ones every week here.

I've been going here for a while but this last visit is my last. The times I've gone I've had my 5yr old with me & they refuse to do her nails because she's too little- they say she'll mess them up. I went in about 3 weeks ago & they were Slow! Don't you know all of a sudden they can provide her services. I told them I wanted my 5 yr to have her feet done. The older lady did her feet & then did her hands WITHOUT ASKING me!! I let it slide even tho I asked for only her Feet!Then I asked for pink/whites to be done. The older gentleman there had no idea start I was talking about! I started to just go with their basic nails- acrylic & then tips painted. The gentleman got mad, said I wanted the CHEAP NAILS & would find someone to do what I wanted. Well my nails sucked! They were lifting within days & my visit was Not cheap!! I don't like that they all have different pricing. So my 5yr old pedi, nails painted, & my pink & whites were $115. The rudeness was my breaking point!

BEST NAIL SALON IN TOWN!! Extremely friendly staff and INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! I hate getting my nails done but this place makes it so enjoyable! The free drinks are amazing but not as good as the nails! I will not go anywhere else! Tina is absolutely the best. Her shaping is ON POINT!!

I just moved here recently & I was recommended Elite Nails & Spa, so we decided to try it out. I’m not exaggerating, this is absolutely the BEST experience I’ve had at a nail salon in my entire life of getting my nails done. Tina is my new favorite artist and I WILL be going back as soon as I need to. I normally have other artist do something off with my funny shaped fingers, but every nail was EXACTLY what I was hoping for, the color was beautiful, & Tina was so kind and sweet & I had such a lovely time talking to her and seeing how they turned out!! I’ve never had such beautiful nails out of over 50 different sets!! I also called before hand, but she still stayed nearly an HOUR after everyone had left for me and showed no annoyance and resentment. Not to mention, she also offered me a yummy margarita which was perfect for a relaxing spa night for someone who never gets that. Thank you so much Tina for boosting my confidence and making my night!!! ❤️
