Visiting from out of state and it's the only store my child wanted to visit. Opening hours on Sunday state that it was to open at noon. 12 rolled around and store was dark. At 12:10, 2 employees were finally there but door still locked. How are you late to your job when it's literally not open until the afternoon? Irresponsible.

a few months ago around august i came in to buy incense. i paid for 100 of them so i got 10 more for free. the lady working there (she was a heavy set white woman) asked me if i paid for them since she had just saw me getting them. i held up my receipt and explained but she said “are you sure you paid for those because you came right from there” mind you I’m mexican american. i was holding my receipt and she was right around me while i was picking out the other ten. she was right by the person who cashed me put so it almost felt like she was looking for a reason to be rude about it. and as soon as they said i paid she shut me down?? maybe ask nicely to see my receipt i had in my hand in plain sight before accusing someone of theft and as soon as they try to explain you shut them down. it just seemed racist and overall rude to me as i was with my boyfriend whos also hispanic and a black friend. i felt targeted and i now dislike going into the store alone because i dont want to be accused.

Came into this store today. Found an astronaut cat pic I have been looking for.Picked it up and the little deal holding the picture fell clattering to the ground. Put it back and it fell again. There is a loose slat on the wall that the piece of metal fall out.Girl who worked there came over and had an attitude like I was tearing things up.Coulda made a sale were it not for bad mood lady.
