Dreamland is one of the reasons I miss living in Lubbock! Our Great Dane Lana LOVED everyone on staff and got excited as soon as she figured out where we were driving. We were so comfortable boarding her even when she was a young puppy before she was fixed, and when leaving town on short notice while she was in heat—even when she had to be more isolated she was clearly wonderfully cared for! Always well worth the drive, fantastic pricing, and great & affordable to have her get a bath and manicure before coming home.

We are going to miss this 10 star kennel. They are absolutely fantastic! We have a Catahoula with an anger management issue he is working on who has NEVER had any issues while being boarded. They are compassionate people who truly care about the animals they board. The facility is very clean!

I took my dogs here for the first time after being referred by a friend. I will never take my dogs here again. My female came back with terrible diarrhea which is never a problem for her. And my 11 year old male is lethargic and can barely walk and won't eat. I don't know what happened while they were there but I will never go back. I also should add I opened their bedding and it was.soaked in urine. And their kennel I left because that is their safe place was not put in with them. They will say I'm not in their database because this is my maiden name but I am 100% sure this is where I took my dogs. And not only that the girl at the front has terrible customer service. And im pretty sure charged me for 8 nights instead of 7. Just all around a terrible experience.

We took our 80 lb German Shepard there for 5 days. They took really good care of her. I requested a bath be given to her. They gave her one the day i picked her up. Did exactly what i asked with her. She seemed happy when we picked her up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Will definitely use again.

I will never let my dogs come here because when you give them instructions about how to take care of your dogs they don’t follow them! They never called me to tell me that my dogs got in a fight. I had to find out when I came back to pick them up after my trip! And when asked the wanted to say it happened over a toy! One of my dogs doesn’t even play with toys!! I will never let anyone I know bring their dogs out here!!!

We've been using Dreamland for years. Tawnee and the gang have been with us through it all and always take great care of our dogs. Never an issue.
