My girl split her nail very badly and her quick was exposed, worried about it getting infected i decided to take her in. We were seen quickly and her treatment was less than I was expecting it to be. The girls at the front desk were friendly. Happy with the care Sage got today ! Thank you!

One of the most caring place for your animals. My parents live 5hrs away and they come that far to bring their dogs. From the staff to the vets, everyone there has great pride in their job and it truly reflects, even on the phone.

I need to get my cat's claws trimmed. We took them to the P.E.T.S.'s clinic, but there was an extremely long line. So we left and I called Animal Care Clinic and the person who answered the phone had no clue how much it would cost to trim our cats claws. So we went there and they had their door locked during business hours. We were there around 10:15am on a Saturday. Their hours are from 9am- 12pm on Saturdays. It's not a good sign or a welcoming sign if a business locks their door during business hours. It sends a bad message to me!!!

I have four dogsAnd they're completely all different breeds I've been going to Dr. Hegi for years and I dont think there's another vet in Lubbock as good as Dr. Hegi. He's a wealth of knowledge, he knows what he's doing and he does everything like he's doing it to his own dogs. He is simply amazing. He is excellent with all the animals and he takes his time explaining everything to you and he makes sure you understand everything he needs to tell you no matter how long it takes. He is the best vet in town and I wouldn't take my dogs to anyone else.

Don't even call this place to ask a question. They don't want to deal with anyone. The not so courteous phone answering lady was quick to send me in a different direction. And I wasn't afforded the opportunity to ask questions. Her work must be cut out for her.

Have been seeing Dr Hegi and Dr Blackburn for the last 12 years. I have the greatest respect and appreciation for the doctors, vet techs, and staff. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank y'all for your great care!

The Dr was very general and attentive to angel Noel ..we took he's to get regular at caprock vet.and he said they did an awesome job at caring for he's .thanks to you 2 my angel Noel so far is doing good she still has days that she's not feeling well .but thank God for Dr.Hegi,DVM..

Love this clinic! I take my dog and cat here for their yearly shots. They're very nice and always helpful.
