This is my last time shopping at all Dollar General stores. I was practically accused of shoplifting just because I walked in the store with my backpack. I am a truck driver and just had a shower at Loves gas station so my back pack was still in hand next-door. I wanted to pick up a few things before I left Because I had a back pack on my person I was asked to leave it with the cashier upfront. this was the first time I was ever in this store location and I was treated like a criminal .

Going in early am and put ALL my items on the counter and then being told if I'm not paying cash I need to use self check out. Mind u no one is in the store but me and her. Im sorry but I don't get paid to check myself out. No sign anywhere stating this. This has to be the worst Dollar General. I left everything sitting right where I unloaded it. I will go somewhere else thank u.

Manager working alone, complained that I didn't ring up my own groceries and she had to stop sticking the shelves to ring up. She told me more than one time I can ring up the groceries. It's her job not mine. Hire more help. People need jobs. Stop trying to get me to do your job!

The manager got upset with me because I called her out of her office to check us out. She acted put out that I was there and told us we could self check out. I don’t want to self check out. She refused to come out of the office and check me out! I’m the customer!! I was shocked. I won’t be back.

They had a male store manager with colored eyes who changed the whole vibe of the store after swearing off this store because the previous store manager's rudeness. He had two firstnames and made the store a fun place to shop. Literally saw the guy always running through the store and made everyone feel like a million bucks. Since he's been gone the store went downhill and don't recommend shopping here.

We was so excited when y'all build the store out here and stay open till 10. That was awesome but this evening I need one thing I live like less a minute awayI got there at 9:29 pm and the doors was locked me and another customer left because of that . That is not to how to run a business . I have been in retail over 31 years . That bad for the business . Probably want be back for a while.Good Luck !
