It is a 5 because they loaded up my boxes so quickly. I still have not heard how much it weighed though.

Super nice and helpful. I am visiting a sick family member and they had a small bag of stuff to shred. I walked up to DSS and they helped me and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes. They were so friendly and I appreciate the efficiency.
