I will never take my truck or any vehicle in anymore. I dropped off my tire to get it checked for a micro hole draining air on my tire. Decided to perform other services but i got called by a service advisor claiming that i had a bent control arm… that it will cost about $800 to fix and “they had the parts in stock”.Little that they knew is that my truck was pretty well taken care of with immaculate service record by dealer and myself.I told them not to perform the repair so i could go to where i purchased and told them that my truck was damaged and was never aware of it by the dealer. They inspected the truck and said nothing was damaged or broken.Decided to get a second opinion at a local shop to see if maybe they could spot what the dealer did not… maybe trying to cover it up… after the second look the truck was given back with a good report…. I will never let any friend or family member go to this branch.

I had a family emergency this morning and had a low rear tire and needed to go to my daughter’s house ( she had been in ER) and little kids had Easter hunts this morning at Calvert Baptist Church. A BIG shout out to Carter for his caring and fast service this morning. I had a nail in my tire and he had me in and out in a short time and on my way. . This guy has always been above and beyond. Thank you so much! I left my house in such a hurry.. left my phone and he let me use his so I could call my daughter and let her know I would be there as soon as my tire is repaired. Awesome customer service ?

ALWAYS AMAZING SERVICE HERE!!!! Would definitely give more than 5 stars if possible. I had the white Chevy Avalanche with 2 mudclaws put on rims.

A nice lady named Destiny assisted with getting a new spare tire for my truck. She had a great attitude and knowledge to feel confident in their service. The energy was outstanding. I definitely recommend this location.

Discount Tire has always been a good place to go, but this specific location went out of their way to help me get my tires done, even when my tires weren’t at their location. The service was great and done in a timely manner. Jacob was really helpful and his service skills couldn’t have been better.
