Everything was great,except for the fact that they don't know how to read the door jamb sticker for proper tire pressure,overinflated my tires to 42 pounds,they are supposed to have 30 pounds,tire light came on for overpressure

Never come back here again! Was treated like a criminal for using the tire certificates that they sell. Be cautious of this place and of buying their so called certificates. I've been doing business with Discount Tire for several years and it's sad how one person's perception and judgment of you can change your whole outlook on how a business treats their customers. The assistant manager doesn't know what it feels like to be treated like the way he treated me but one day he might, then he'll know it was wrong.

This place is amazing!! Best service I have received from any establishment - ever. I was going out of town after work and my tires were bad. I called last minute due to work and even though they were closing soon, L.C. said they’d wait for me to help. I arrived at 5:47 pm and they were closing at 6:00 pm.
All the staff up front was helpful and said they were instructed to wait for me. I was helped by Kaoko (I know I misspelled the name) and he got me taken care of with all new tires. Thank you to ALL the staff at this location. BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Always great service ! Unfortunately they never follow up with a phone call as they promised on 3 different occasions or text or let you know anything going on with your order and I ended up waiting an additional 2 weeks for a already 2 week order for just 1 aftermarket wheel .

If you ever questioned the level of customer service excellence that Discount Tire - Slide Road holds itself to, don't.
I had a customer service issue arise this morning on a full-sized spare they sold me four years ago.
When I reached out to them about the issue, they were willing and eager to make the situation right and then some!
They even coordinated with a Discount Tire over 8 hours away to make sure I received the absolute best service possible.
Abraham, and everyone else at the Slide Road location, y'all are rock stars! Keep killing it.

Top quality service both before and after the sale. I had purchased wheels and tires about 2 yrs ago, and needed them rebalanced, due to wear. Walked in, explained my issue. They took my truck back, balanced and rotated my tires, and didn't charge me a dime! Very professional, courteous, and helpful. I'll be getting all my wheels and tires from Discount!
