Overall they do a great job at taking care of customers, it's a shame they have to inevitably deal with perks since tires are often the choice of not wanting to spend the money so people often get mad at the men behind the counter. I see this often while at discount and it's truly impressive and professional how the employees handle themselves.

Told me I needed a new tire. Tires have 20k miles on (Goodyears). Said they couldn't fix it. Went somewhere else and was back on the road immediately and told I have about 30k miles left on the tires.

I stopped by to get my air checked while in town a few months ago. Before this, I had checked them myself & had all 4 caps. I checked the air about a month later myself, & all four caps were gone. IDK why the guy would’ve left them off, other than it was obvious he was NOT into his job, & could’ve cared less about service. Usually I have no problems & highly recommend Discount Tire. My tires are a little over a year old, bought from Discount, & I’m trying to take care of them!
*Edited to add I stopped by yesterday to get my front end aligned. They couldn’t do mine since I have cruise assist, but appreciated they asked & told me upfront that they couldn’t bc they lacked a tool to do so. I got the air checked after about a 10 minute wait & I was the only one in line. I asked for the caps & they replaced them. They do have pretty good service!

Service was great. After I bought four new tires for my truck;I went back to have one of my old tires put on a rim for my spare. They said my old tire was unsafe and hooked me up with a new safe tire! Thanks Discount Tire on 82nd!

This Discount Tire location is the best tire shop I have used. I drove 3 hours for them to do my alignment and put on new tires. Everything was done fast and professionally, thank you for a little piece of mind in such a hectic, busy world.

If I could rate a zero I would, had a 2 hr wait for them to mess up my car that was fine before I took it.now I have to pay a mechanic to fix there mistake they definitely didn't want to admit I suggest not dealing with them.

After pulling into the tire air pressure station to address a low pressure warning on my truck I waited over 15 minutes while your employees walked all around without acknowledging me. Finally I called the store & asked if I should come back & the salesperson said he would send someone out. When the attendant arrived he appeared upset that I had interrupted his lunch or whatever. After moving the truck so he could reach all the tires he informed me he could not check the spare as it was positioned with the valve stem up. All in all a very disappointing experience. As a long time customer I expected more
