I had written a long review but my phone crashed. I'll keep it short. These guys are quick, professional, and on time. Thanks for moving me and my fiance in Amarillo. I hope our dog Jesie brought a smile to yalls faces even tho he kept getting in the way.I only wish yall were finishing the move for us in California. We are fortunate for Mayflower coordinating the move for us. Thanks again for making our experience a good one since we heard lots of horror stories about moving companies.

We just moved from Midland, Texas to Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Without these people this would have been a nightmare! I, according to my husband, have a stuff problem. Who knew? They never once skipped a beat! Fast, efficient, fantastic customer service, knowledgeable on all types of furniture, and the nicest group you could work with. I appreciate Richard and his crew for working so hard and helping us to make this move seamless and successful!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are so disorganized and unfortunately after one year plus, we are still discovering broken items that cannot be claimed because they could not be found due to the terrible job of labeling boxes. These people packed our DirecTV cords and equipment in different boxes causing us to have to pay for replacements because we could not find them. Most boxes were just marked CLOTHS. Extremely incompetent. I looked for months and could not find them anywhere to rate them. I thought they had gone out of business. One of the Packers was constantly trying to talk us into giving her things because she knew we were having an estate sale. They were lazy and incompetent and left a 75 lb. cooler full of food behind that we had to load ourselves at the last minute to keep it from ruining. Literally thousands of dollars worth of damage done by their hap hazard packing. Some boxes were so heavy they could not even be moved without 2 men and then the box fell apart. Wardrobe boxes were loaded to the top with tools. I am still shocked at how they treated our things. Upon reading the response regarding my food items, Dependable Relocate is who out the items in the cooler. They did not stick to the rules. They said they could not pack alcohol but we found bottles of busted alcohols, collectible beer busted on top of other items, molded in the box. Ridiculous. BTW, some of the alcohol they refused to pack was cooking sherry. smh, the busted beer cans were collectibles and the alcohol was leftover unopened bottles boxed up from a long ago party. No excuse.

Courtesy at all levels. What they say is what you get. Just a problem with a few plastic boxes damaged by excess of weight on them. I paid minimal insurance so no reimbursement. Overall good experience.

Excellent. Driver showed up both times early. He was very organized and easy to work with. His team was well trained and worked together well. Moving can be a tense hassle. Aaron Dunning and crews made it a little less tense. Well worth the expense.
