Kept deposit saying that it had been a week before asking for it back when not using the r.v.. Patk. Maybe they should have checked the website. It was only 4 days then. I had to text them because apparently they don't check the website... and it was an elec. Deposit... wS never there... so what did they keep it for... would definitely use a different rv patk management team. SMH

Highly recommend Dannhiem Realty Property. We rented from them for 2 years. They have really nice properties for reasonable amount. We spoke to Lyndsey the property manager and she helped us through the whole process, she was was very sweet and always professional. Great people to do business with!

House was in bad shape when we moved in, looked nothing like the pictures, such as the shed having spray painted black walls which were excluded from the pictures.When they began showing our house the realtor would show up anywhere from 30 mins early to 30 mins late as-well as leaving us with less then 24 hour notice on showings. With an example being the time we were still in the house because the showing wasn’t starting for 30 mins and the realtor came in with clients and began showing our house with us in it.They tacked on lots of extra charges including a charge of over $100 for being $2.00 short of rent. As well as charges for damage to the house that was there before we moved in such as a broken shed window and missing fence boards,If you wish to rent from a unprofessional company that supplies a run down house for the charge of an arm and a leg then Danheim is the company for you.

DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE.Do not trust the 5 star reviews, they make their employs and people getting discounts rate 5 stars so that they look better. I would leave 0 stars if I could.Best way to describe this company is “Professional Thief’s”, they service you with a smile while charging you an arm and a leg for it.Their houses have a history of being brokeninto and when we got broken into they said they did not know about the history.Everyone I have talked to that has dealt with this horrendous company has said the same. Save yourself the trouble and do not conduct business with these thief’s.

Prepare yourselves for a cautionary tale and heed my warning to stay away from this company.Let me start by emphasizing that we left the apartment in a state that could only be described as impeccable. We dedicated hours to ensuring every nook and cranny was spotless, going above and beyond the expected level of cleanliness. Despite our efforts, [Company Name] decided to levy an exorbitant fee of $683, with no valid justification, leaving us shocked and outraged.It is clear to me that Dannheim saw an opportunity to exploit our trust and loyalty for their own financial gain. We were loyal tenants, consistently paying rent on time and promptly reporting any issues that arose. However, our commitment and responsible behavior were met with nothing but contempt and greed from this unscrupulous company.We took extensive measures to document the apartment's condition before our departure. We photographed every room, ensuring there was undeniable evidence of its pristine state. It is both frustrating and infuriating that Dannheim chose to dismiss this evidence and instead concocted baseless charges against us.To make matters worse, when we sought an explanation for the outrageous charges, Dannheim provided nothing but vague and unconvincing responses. They refused to engage in a genuine conversation and failed to provide any legitimate reason for their actions. I am utterly disappointed with the unjustified charges imposed by Dannheim for our previously impeccable apartment. Every surface was spotless, and we made sure to take extra care in ensuring its cleanliness. However, Dannheim saw fit to charge us an outrageous amount of $683 for what can only be described as a blatant attempt at profiteering.The sheer audacity of this company to exploit unsuspecting tenants is beyond comprehension. We have been loyal customers throughout our tenancy, paying our rent promptly and reporting any issues in a timely manner. Despite our unwavering commitment, Dannheim showed no regard for our loyalty and opted to extract every penny they could from us under false pretenses.Upon leaving the apartment, we made sure to document its condition thoroughly. I am deeply dissatisfied with the unjust charges from Dannheim for our impeccably clean apartment. Despite leaving it in perfect condition and even hiring a professional to take care of it, we were hit with an unreasonable $683 fee. The lack of justification and dismissive response from Dannheim Realty Property only adds to our disappointment. Beware of this company's exploitative practices.

We left the house we rented from them in perfect condition !! Way better condition we got the house for and after a year not only we didn’t get our money back . They also charging us $180 in cleaning fees . I have rented my whole life and I have never ever paid more than $100 after a left a house . This is a disgrace!

My friends house got broken into about 2 years ago over winter break, and Dannheim did nothing to help or prevent it from happening again. The current tenants have also just got broken into, and once again Dandheim has done nothing. so any college students looking for housing, I do not recommended renting with them.
