This CVS at 98th & Slide is absolutely ridiculous and will tell you anything to get you to leave. They have lied to me numerous times when they haven't been able to fill a prescription which has caused multiple days delay in getting my mother the meds she needs when all they needed to say was the truth. They didn't have the drug and weren't sure when it would arrive. I would have been happy to pick it up at another location if I had know that was the issue. Instead I am chasing down issues that aren't real. They have said my 85 yr old mother canceled it once, they have said the dr canceled it, they told me the dr sent it to the wrong location, they have said they didn't have it but would in 2 days and then it never arrives, all of which has caused multiple delays just to find out that they have no idea when and what meds will arrive at the location. These are important meds for her COPD and congestive heart failure. If I believed them at any point it could have killed my mother. Something needs to be done about the techs at this location. Honesty shouldn't be that difficult especially when health and lives are on the line!!

The updated phone system is terrible. Having to leave a voicemail with no attempt to ring to the staff is very inconvenient. Some patients are not able to answer the call when it is returned and then your forced to play phone tag. I use the app and try not to call if I don't have to but the app said to call the pharmacy. This is poor patient care and I may switch pharmacies due to this alone. As someone who works in the medical field, staff is not even able to get through to get information or call scripts which also turns into a delay in patient care. I understand being busy at that time and it rings over to voicemail but there is absolutely no reason to push ALL calls to voicemail and it also creates more work for your staff. then I got a text back from you for it to ask if I'm trying to refill the script.... no , the script is on hold and told me to contact you. so then again you have to text 1 for them to call back and wait.....

Jared in the pharmacy department is so helpful. He is very courteous, and works on getting the medications covered by insurance for the benefit of the patient. THANK YOU JARED.

Absolutely awful customer service . Received no greeting as I entered the store, but she did give a greeting to two separate customers who had walked in a few minutes after I had. We were the only customers in the store at the time.While in the makeup section she approached to move a cart away from where I was standing. Again, there was no acknowledgment that I was there. Then, as I approached the counter area to pay for my items, she walked away from the nearby register and into the photo area. I used the self checkout because she clearly didn’t want to ring up my three items. The employees at the 82nd st location are much friendlier.

By far ALL CVS pharmacies are the absolute worse to deal with. They never fill a prescription on time and end up sending you all over town to get your much needed meds because they are out. Even when they have your prescription a week in advance, they still fail to order it. Don’t get me stared about their 1:30 lunch hour when they close their windows for service! They have literally closed the blinds in my face twice at 1:29pm. All this to say I’m switching pharmacies and you should too.

This store is the reason I’m going to switch back to Walgreens as soon as Open Enrollment is available. Rude, slow, incompetent staff. The other day I tried to pick up a Rx at the drive-through. After waiting behind three cars with no movement for nearly ten minutes I went in the store to get it. Four people lined up there! Observing and listening while I waited it sounded like chaos behind the counter. CVS in general is terrible and this store could be their “poster boy” lol.

I have used this CVS for years but I am done. For over a year their service has been terrible. One time they sent me home with a non mixed antibiotic for my child at bedtime. They take forever to fill prescriptions. I am writing this as I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes.
